Fast-food giant McDonald's applies to reclaim trademark in Russia
Russian state media TASS has reported that the American fast food giant McDonald's has filed applications with Ross Patent, Russia's federal intellectual property agency, in December. This comes as the company seeks rights to use the McDonald's trademark for the production and sale of fast food and beverages, as well as restaurant services and delivery options.
