Dam breach: Russia declines UN aid, latter says, 'obligation under International Humanitarian Law'

United Nations has spoken out against Russia stating that the latter has declined the request to aid in the relief efforts in the aftermath of the Kakhovka dam destruction. Earlier, the UN asked Moscow to act in accordance to their obligations under the International Humanitarian Law, while Moscow maintained its allegations against Kyiv.
