Bangladesh has reportedly imposed various restrictions on Dura Puja festivities. Various committees urged to not play music during namaaz. Rules imposed on major Hindu festival by Nobel Muhammad Yunus’s interim government. Earlier, Bangladesh also banned the export of fish hilsa to India ahead of Durga Puja. Prices of Padma hilsa soar in India as demand is expected to shoot up during festivals.
