After her impromptu yoga session, the suspect reportedly entered the bakery and made off with an assortment of items, including croissants, an iPad, chef’s shoes, and cleaning products, according to9 News.

Bakery staff shared the surveillance footage on social media, stating, "We were quite surprised when we saw the security footage from a recent break in at our Bakery HQ."

The bakery suggested that the croissants might have been too tempting for the flexible burglar, jokingly adding, "Seems like yoga is a must before breaking in. A few things were stolen, including some croissants which were clearly too tempting for this flexible burglar."

"I guess she missed the session when they spoke about the third Yama, Asteya aka non stealing," a user commented under the post. "Is this about working off the calories of the croissants before they steal them?" wrote another.

Doubting whether the woman intentionally positioned herself in front of the camera, a third user wrote, "I wondered if they purposely positioned themselves in front of the security camera knowing they'd be filmed, dressed in black for the extra drama. Equally hilarious and shocking." The video has received over 143,000views since being posted.

The suspect has been arrested and charged with theft, burglary, and going equipped to steal. She has been bailed to appear in Melbourne Magistrates' Court on May 22.
