<p>Elizabeth Chambers is &nbsp;focussing on herself and her children as her estranged husband, Armie Hammer, faces a rape allegation. Chambers filed for divorce from Hammer in July last year. &nbsp;</p>

<p>The 38-year-old star answered a question from a fan on her Instagram Story about her quieter presence on social media in the last few weeks.<br />
<br />
"Focusing on healing, my babes and work," said Chambers, who shares 6-year-old daughter Harper Grace and 4-year-old son Ford Douglas Armand, with Hammer.Chambers added, "A lot I`ve wanted to share but hasn`t felt right (at the moment)", seemingly referring to the allegations against Hammer that surfaced last month.<br />
<br />
After months of swirling accusations and rumours about the `Call Me By Your Name` actor, a woman named Effie, who has not publicly revealed her last name, came forward publicly to accuse Hammer of rape last month.<br />
<br />
Appearing in a press conference with attorney Gloria Allred on March 18, Effie - the woman behind the Instagram account House of Effie that first anonymously shared allegations against Hammer --accused him of sexual assault in a four-hour incident that she says occurred in 2017.<br />
<br />
Effie further accused Hammer of "mentally, emotionally and sexually" abusing her during their on-and-off four-year relationship. At the time of their affair, Hammer was married to Chambers.<br />
<br />
As per reports, hours after the press conference, a spokesperson for the LAPD confirmed Hammer is the suspect in an investigation opened on February 3.In a statement previously provided to the outlet, the 34-year-old actor`s lawyer Andrew Brettler denied the rape allegation and maintained that the actor`s relationship with Effie was "completely consensual, discussed and agreed upon in advance, and mutually participatory."<br />
<br />
Weeks before Effie`s allegations, Chambers commented on the rumours about Hammer, including affairs during their time together, in an Instagram post."For weeks, I`ve been trying to process everything that has transpired. I am shocked, heartbroken, and devastated. Heartbreak aside, I am listening and will continue to listen and educate myself on these delicate matters. I didn`t realize how much I didn`t know," Chambers wrote.<br />
<br />
"I support any victim of assault or abuse and urge anyone who has experienced this pain to seek the help she or he needs to heal. At this time, I will not be commenting further on this matter," she continued.<br />
<br />
"My sole focus and attention will continue to be on our children, on my work and on healing during this incredibly difficult time. Thank you for all of the love and support, and thank you in advance for your continued kindness, respect, and consideration for our children and me as we find ways to move forward," she added.&nbsp;<br />

Dua Lipa and Anwar Hadid have been seeing each other for some time now but the couple is not ready to share their relationship with the world. The singer recently got herself a cover on the British Vogue for its February 2021 edition. In a conversation with the magazine, Dua Lipa said, "We have all these incredible memories and experiences, and if there's something that we want to share together, then ok that's fun. But at the same time, we're quite private." View this post on Instagram A post shared by DUA LIPA (@dualipa) × Dua continued, "We'll only show you as much as we want you to see. It's a little bit of give and take, trying to find the right balance of being so excited and being in love, and wanting to share that with the people around me, but at the same time not wanting to put too much out there. I want to be able to just be happy in this relationship without having other people's opinions." Dua Lipa opens up on striking a balance while sharing about her relationship with Anwar Hadid

<p>Ever wondered what <strong>celebrities gift </strong>each other during the holiday season? As Christmas approaches, <strong>Meghan Markle and Prince Harry</strong> have gone ahead to brighten up their neighbour, Oprah Winfrey’s week.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Taking to social media, Oprah Winfrey revealed that she has received a “lovely Christmas basket” gifted to her by “my neighbour M” and we all know who that is! Meghan Markle and Oprah Winfrey are neighbours. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry had moved to the California neighbourhood of Montecito earlier this year which also houses high profile celebs like Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom, Jennifer Lopez and Angelina Jolie to name a few.&nbsp;</p>

<p>On the first day of Christmas my [neighbour] 'M' sent to me...a basket of deliciousness!" she wrote, adding in brackets: "Yes that M 👑". Note the crown emoji!!</p>

<p>Oprah Winfrey then goes on to open the present that has various packets of Clevr oatmilk superlatte blends (with flavours including matcha, chai and turmeric), before complimenting the "nice decoration" of the gift, and then demonstrating how to make up a cup.</p>

Ever wondered what celebrities gift each other during the holiday season? As Christmas approaches, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have gone ahead to brighten up their neighbour, Oprah Winfrey’s week. Taking to social media, Oprah Winfrey revealed that she has received a “lovely Christmas basket” gifted to her by “my neighbour M” and we all know who that is! Meghan Markle and Oprah Winfrey are neighbours. Meghan Markle and Prince Harry had moved to the California neighbourhood of Montecito earlier this year which also houses high profile celebs like Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom, Jennifer Lopez and Angelina Jolie to name a few. On the first day of Christmas my [neighbour] 'M' sent to me...a basket of deliciousness!" she wrote, adding in brackets: "Yes that M 👑". Note the crown emoji!! Oprah Winfrey then goes on to open the present that has various packets of Clevr oatmilk superlatte blends (with flavours including matcha, chai and turmeric), before complimenting the "nice decoration" of the gift, and then demonstrating how to make up a cup. <p>Matthew McConaughey and Russell Brand got together for a podcast this weekend and it did not go as planned as they took on Hollywood celebrities for their political views.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Condemning the perceived hypocrisy according to them of Hollywood celebs, Matthew McConaughey and Russell Brand attacked those in the Hollywood entertainment industry who are urging Donald Trump supporters to passively give up on hope of overturning the election results.</p>

<p>Russell Brand asked Matthew McConaughey whether he had noticed a “condemnation and criticism of ordinary working people” by liberal Hollywood as he said, “[There is] a kind of offhandedness, like, ‘Oh, they’re dumb, they’re voting for Brexit, they’re voting for Trump.’ I don’t like it, and I don’t like to hear it.”</p>

<p>Matthew McConaughey agreed and said, “There are a lot [of people] on that illiberal left that absolutely condescend, patronize, and are arrogant towards the other 50 percent.”</p>

<p>They also talked about the 2016 election. Matthew McConaughey told Russell Brand, “I’m sure you saw it in our industry when Trump was voted in four years ago, they were in denial that was real. Some of them were in absolute denial.”</p>

<p>“[Now] it looks like Biden’s our guy. Now you’ve got the right that’s in denial, cause their side has fake news. And I understand, they’ve been fed fake news. No one knows what the hell to believe, right? So they’re putting down their last bastion of defense,’ McConaughey said.</p>

<p>The Hollywood Commision chaired by Anita Hill have released an industry survey that shares details like how fewer than half of those who participated believe the industry has made progress in addressing power abuses since the #MeToo movement began three years ago.</p>

<p>Talking about the results, Anita Hill said, "People feel there is a lack of accountability for misbehavior. As many as 64 percent of our sample said they thought people in power or authority would not be held accountable for harassment that was found to exist."</p>

<p>So, as a solution, theta re working towards building a cross-industry anonymous reporting platform that will help identify abusers, with plans to start rolling it out in the first quarter of 2021.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Anita Hill is a professor at Brandeis University who brought national exposure to the issue of sexual harassment during the 1991 Senate confirmation of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. She says that the reporting platform will help identify repeat offenders, which is especially important in an industry in which many workers are transient and production entities spring into and out of existence.</p>

<p>She said, "People move from job to job. It is very difficult to trace employment history and perhaps history of abuse and inappropriateness. It allows us to see people who may be serial abusers who might not otherwise be found out."</p>

<p>While the commission does not investigate allegations and has no enforcement mechanisms, the platform will allow anonymous two-way online messaging so individuals can ask questions and learn about resources. Multiple reports on the same individual will be reported to that person's employer or guild, which will then decide what action to take.</p>

<p>American actor Matt Damon brought havoc to Brooklyn Heights by moving into his luxury penthouse.<br />
<br />
According to Page Six, the 49-year-old star brought in quite the production-closing down an entire street on Tuesday (local time) -- including an enormous crane, which reached over 14 stories, to lift his furniture and a host of trees onto his tony terrace.<br />
<br />
In 2018, the Oscar winner star who was stuck in Ireland until late May during the coronavirus lockdown, bought the 6,000-plus-square-foot penthouse in the Beaux-Arts building, the Standish.<br />
<br />
It went for 16.5 million USD which makes it Brooklyn`s most expensive apartment at the time.<br />
<br />
One local resident said, "We call the building the Standoffish because it is a little bit of Hollywood dumped in the middle of the more low-key Brooklyn Heights. The lobby is all gold and marble, and the units have Austrian white oak flooring and Italian Carrara marble slab countertops."<br />
<br />
"Paul Bettany and Jennifer Connelly live there, and [Damon] has a triplex penthouse on the 11th and 12th floors and the roof. It is the highest building in the neighbourhood, so it has unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline, New York Harbour and the bridges," he added.<br />
<br />
The resident said of Damon`s dramatic arrival, "He closed off the street all day and parked an enormous big red crane right in the middle of the street. There was no sign of Matt, but he had a huge team of contractors and there were shrubs, decking and huge crates filled with stuff going up in the air to the terrace. We were all waiting for the grand piano to be wheeled out."<br />
<br />
Damon, who has four kids with wife Luciana Barroso, reportedly also has an East Village apartment.</p>

It is the highest building in the neighbourhood, so it has unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline, New York Harbour and the bridges," he added. We were all waiting for the grand piano to be wheeled out." Damon, who has four kids with wife Luciana Barroso, reportedly also has an East Village apartment.

John Travolta and Kelly Preston belonged to an industry where relationships and marriages don't last long. But the two actors defied Hollywood norms and were together for 29 years. Travolta announced the sad demise of his wife Kelly Preston after a two-year-long battle with breast cancer. The American actress is survived by her husband, and their children, daughter Ella, 20, and 9-year-old son Benjamin. View this post on Instagram Just hanging out on a Saturday afternoon! ♥️ A post shared by Kelly Preston (@therealkellypreston) on Feb 8, 2020 at 6:48pm PST × As Preston breathed her last on Sunday, it brought an end to one of the most famous love stories of Hollywood. Love at first sight John Travolta , star of '80s hit films like 'Grease' and 'Saturday Night Fever' met Preston for the first time at a screen test in 1987 for the movie 'The Experts'- which the two actors eventually starred in. Preston was at that time married to fellow actor Kevin Gage. Years later during an interview with Andy Cohen, Preston recalled that for Travolta it was 'love at first sight'. When Preston was asked if it was the same for her, she said, "Kinda" and laughed and added, "I was not that happily married let's put it that way. I was really with the wrong person." View this post on Instagram Happy Anniversary Honey! ❤️ @johntravolta A post shared by Kelly Preston (@therealkellypreston) on Sep 5, 2018 at 9:24am PDT × Preston eventually divorced Gage in 1987 and dated actors George Clooney and Charlie Sheen before settling for Travolta. The couple dated for four years before Travolta proposed to Preston in 1990 during a vacation together in Switzerland. The couple got married in France in 1991. Death of their firstborn The couple suffered immeasurable pain in 2009 when they lost their 16-year-old son Jett who died after suffering a seizure at his family's vacation home in the Bahamas. Jett was the couple's firstborn. "It's the worst thing that's ever happened in my life," Travolta told Us Weekly in January last year. "The truth is, I didn't know if I was going to make it." View this post on Instagram To my sweet love, Jett... you are in our hearts forever. I send love to all of the beautiful autistic children and the wonderful people who love them. He was taken by ambulance to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Jett had been diagnosed with Kawasaki disease, a condition that can cause inflammation of the arteries when he was 2 years old. Post his death, Travolta credited Church of Scientology for helping him cope with the family tragedy. "The church never left our side for two years," said Travolta. "I don't know if I would have made it through without their support." In a 2017 interview that they did together, Travolta said they always stayed in touch with one another and changed the dynamics of their relationship with changing times. "We really care deeply about each other and we protect each other — and we keep (our relationship) up to date," Travolta had said. "Keep checking in and keep growing and changing. Keep doing things, just the two of you," Preston had added.

Kelly Preston and John Travolta's love story defied odds in Hollywood

<p>Hollywood star Demi Moore's bathroom has got the internet talking. The actress on Thursday took to Instagram to announce her new upcoming audio drama 'Dirty Diana' which will narrate a story of a struggling marriage.</p>

<p>More than her new project, it was the photo that Moore posted that grabbed eyeballs.<br />
<br />
"Excited to finally share what I’ve been working on!" Moore, 57, wrote in the caption. "The first episode of #DirtyDiana drops Monday, July 13."<br />
<br />
In the photo, Moore can be seen sitting on a couch staring at her Mac and chatting with people virtually. A tablet displaying text is propped up in front of the actress, who is wearing headphones. But when one gives a closer look at the photo one realises that Moore is actually sitting in her bathroom. One can see the washbasin behind and even the toilet is partially visible. In one photo, the luxurious bathtub too is visible. The room also appeared to have wall-to-wall carpeting.</p>

Hollywood star Demi Moore's bathroom has got the internet talking. The actress on Thursday took to Instagram to announce her new upcoming audio drama 'Dirty Diana' which will narrate a story of a struggling marriage. More than her new project, it was the photo that Moore posted that grabbed eyeballs. "Excited to finally share what I’ve been working on!" Moore, 57, wrote in the caption. "The first episode of #DirtyDiana drops Monday, July 13." In the photo, Moore can be seen sitting on a couch staring at her Mac and chatting with people virtually. The room also appeared to have wall-to-wall carpeting.
