''I think joy’s been a newer discovery, later in life. I was always moving with the currents, drifting in one way, and onto the next. I think I spent years with low-grade depression, and it’s not until coming to terms with that, trying to embrace all sides of self—the beauty and the ugly—that I’ve been able to catch those moments of joy,'' he said.&nbsp;

During the interview, Brad, who is one of the biggest stars in the world and enjoys millions of fan following, said how he felt along most of his life.&nbsp;

He also revealed that he quit smoking during the pandemic after he realized that he had to cut it out, ''I don’t have that ability to do just one or two a day,” he says. “It’s not in my makeup. I’m all in. And I’m going to drive into the ground. I’ve lost my privileges.”

If Amber Heard has the most beautiful face in the world according to science, the same algorithm has also declared Robert Pattinson as the most attractive man in the world. Back in 2020, the actor's beauty was judged using the Golden Ratio&nbsp;of Beauty Phi- an ancient Greek Calculation method- to measure the actor's face.&nbsp;

Two years on Pattinson continues to hold that title. According to a recent report by LadBible, the actor continues to remain the most attractive man on earth based on the algorithm that ranks different facial features analysed of other actors like Ryan Gosling, Idris Elba, Brad Pitt and Henry Cavill. While these actors are also known for their good looks, none of them could match Pattinson’s perfect features if we go by science.&nbsp;

In ancient times, this calculation was mainly used by architects and artists like Leonardo Da Vinci to map and measure the “perfect” length and width for their artistic creations.

Brad Pitt starrer 'Bullet Train' pushes back, now to release on this date

They may have parted ways in 2016, but their legal battles are far from over. Hollywood star Brad Pitt has sued ex-wife, actress-filmmaker Angelina Jolie for selling her interest in a winery they jointly owned. Jolie has reportedly sold it to a Russian oligarch. Pitt claims he was not made aware of it.&nbsp;

According to the legal documents, the two bought Chateau Miraval in Correns, France back in 2008.

Pitt says he invested a ton of money and time in the winery over the years, although he acknowledges Jolie plunked down 40 per cent of the USD 28.4 million purchase price. Pitt says he alone made the winery successful because by 2013 she wasn't doing much in that department. He claims they always had an understanding neither of them could sell off their interest without the other's consent.

Jolie filed for divorce in 2016 and in 2021 accused Pitt for domestic violence.&nbsp;

Last July, the 'Maleficent' actor went to court and told the judge she had reached an agreement to sell her interest to an unnamed person. Meanwhile, Pitt said in September that he had agreed to let his former wife pursue the sale but made it clear that he was not consenting to the sale, but rather would give thumbs up or down to the proposed buyer.

In October Pitt found out that a company called Tenute del Mondo, a subsidiary of Stoli Group (the vodka co.)- controlled by a Russian oligarch, Yuri Shefler, bought her interest in the winey.

He claims that Jolie never sought his consent and intentionally kept the terms of the deal from him.

Since the sale, Pitt claims that Shefler has wreaked havoc on his ability to run the winery.A source close to Brad told TMZ, "Unfortunately, this is another example of the same person disregarding her legal and ethical obligations. In doing so, she has violated the rights of the only person who poured money and sweat equity into the success of the business by purporting to sell both the business and family home to a third-party competitor."

"She is seeking a return on an investment she did not make and profits she did not earn," the source added.

The original ending of the Hollywood classic 'Fight Club' has been restored on the Chinese streaming platform Tencent Video following widespread backlash.&nbsp;

The streaming platform had earlier altered the film's ending in the Chinese edition to tell viewers, police had "rapidly figured out the whole plan and arrested all criminals". The move had been criticised by fans.&nbsp;

Directed by David Fincher, the film stars Brad Pitt, Edward Norton and Helena Bonham Carter and was released in 1999.&nbsp;

In the edited version, Edward Norton’s character, the narrator, still kills off his imaginary alter ego Tyler Durden, but a subsequent scene showing high-rise buildings being bombed was edited out in the Chinese version. Instead, viewers were shown a blank screen with text telling them authorities had won out.

“The police rapidly figured out the whole plan and arrested all criminals, successfully preventing the bomb from exploding,” the text said. “After the trial, Tyler was sent to lunatic asylum receiving psychological treatment. He was discharged from the hospital in 2012."

The ending reportedly got a makeover as the original was considered, anarchist. The new ending had the state winning which perhaps goes with the line of thought of the country.&nbsp;

China is known to have one of the most restrictive censorship rules in the world and often foreign films are edited according to the censor rules. Reversing endings is usually rare.&nbsp;

Viewers in China noticed the changes after they compared it to the original ending which is locally available. Censorship or banning of foreign films in China is common, but the wholesale reversal of 'Fight Club's' ending led to a major backlash.&nbsp;

“'Fight Club' on Tencent Video tells us that they don’t just delete scenes, but add to the plot too,” one user complained at the time. Human Rights Watch described the cuts as “dystopian”.

Following criticism, the OTT platform restored the original ending over the weekend - reported fans on social media. But the decision also drew criticism.&nbsp;

Some netizens said it showed that Tencent was admitting that the original censorship was “too much."&nbsp;“If the original version can also be launched, why did Tencent modify it without authorisation," asked another user.&nbsp;

The original ending of the Hollywood classic 'Fight Club' has been restored on the Chinese streaming platform Tencent Video following widespread backlash. The streaming platform had earlier altered the film's ending in the Chinese edition to tell viewers, police had "rapidly figured out the whole plan and arrested all criminals".

Contrary to the grapevine, Hollywood actor Brad Pitt and Swedish singer Lykke Li are not dating.&nbsp;

As per media reports, the two are not 'secretly dating'. In fact, the two haven't met each other in nearly two years.&nbsp;

"He met her a couple of years ago. (There's) nothing negative. They are just not dating," a source confirmed to the outlet.

Rumours of a budding romance between Pitt and Li started doing the rounds on the internet when an Instagram user shared on the platform that he had spotted the pair hanging out at an Italian eatery in Hollywood. &nbsp;However, an insider told Page Six that Pitt has no interest in dating another celebrity again.

Pitt was romantically linked to several famous celebrities including Gwyneth Paltrow, Juliette Lewis and ex-wife Jennifer Aniston, whom he was married to from 2000 to 2005.

The actor has been making headlines in recent years for the custody battle following his messy divorce with actor Angelina Jolie.&nbsp;

The 'Mr and Mrs Smith' co-stars, who were declared legally single in 2019, share six children -- 20-year-old Maddox, 18-year-old Pax, 17-year-old Zahara, 15-year-old Shiloh, and 13-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.

Pitt reportedly is still enjoying the single life and dating around, but is not tied to any one particular person "seriously".

Meanwhile, Li previously dated Grammy-winning musician Jeff Bhasker. The two called it quits shortly after Li gave birth to their son, Dion in 2018.

China has some of the world's most restrictive censorship rules with authorities only approving a handful of foreign films for release each year,&nbsp;sometimes with major cuts.

Among the latest movies to undergo such treatment is David Fincher's 1999 cult classic "Fight&nbsp;Club" starring Brad Pitt and Edward Norton.

Film fans in China noticed over the weekend that a version of the movie newly available on streaming platform Tencent Video was given a makeover that transforms the anarchist, anti-capitalist message that made the film a global hit.&nbsp;

In the closing scenes of the original, Norton's character The Narrator, kills off his imaginary alter ego Tyler Durden,&nbsp;played by Pitt,&nbsp;and then watches multiple buildings explode, suggesting his character's plan to bring down modern civilisation is underway.

But the new version in China has a very different take.

The Narrator still proceeds with killing off Durden, but the exploding building scene is replaced with a black screen and a coda: "The police rapidly figured out the whole plan and arrested all criminals, successfully preventing the bomb from exploding".

It then adds that Tyler,&nbsp;a figment of The Narrator's imagination,&nbsp;was sent to a "lunatic asylum" for psychological treatment and was later discharged.

"Ms. Jolie is focused on her family and pleased that her children’s wellbeing will not be guided by unethical behavior. She welcomes the California Supreme Court's decision to refuse review of the unanimous Court of Appeal decision. As reinforced by California's appellate courts, our judiciary prioritizes ethics and children’s best interests, and won't tolerate judicial misconduct to reward the interests of a party. Ms. Jolie is glad for the family to now move forward cooperatively," Jolie's attorney, Robert Olson, said in his statement.&nbsp;

Pitt had filed his request in September after Judge John Ouderkirk was disqualified from the custody case, thus vacating all his decisions pertaining to the case that included an older ruling that granted Pitt more time with his and Jolie's five minor children: Pax, 17, Zahara, 16, Shiloh, 15, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 13.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are embroiled in yet another legal fight. This time it's over a lavish estate they co-own&nbsp;in France.&nbsp;

The couple's divorce may have got finalised in 2019 but the two continue to&nbsp;fight&nbsp;over their children's custody and now over a chateau where the two had got married in 2014.&nbsp;

Filed on Tuesday, the complaint accuses Jolie of attempting to offload her 50% share in the 1000 acre, $164 million Chateau Miraval in Correns, France without allowing Pitt to buy her out.&nbsp;

According to the court papers, the sprawling property is owned by separate limited liability corporations that both parties control, which state that Miraval is owned by Quimicum – a company Pitt originally held a 60% stake through his company Mondo Bongo while Jolie held 40% through her company Nouvel.

"It is worth mentioning that, for the last four years, Nouvel (Jolie’s company)&nbsp;did not act in the best interest of Quimicum by systematically delaying the approval of the annual accounts and the renewal of the manager," the suit states.

"We understand that behind this systematic obstruction, the real purpose of Nouvel and its shareholder&nbsp;is to sell its stake in Chateau Miraval SA in a way that would circumvent Mondo Bongo’s right of first refusal (as provided in Quimicum’s articles of approval), taking, as a result, a capital gain raised thanks to Mondo Bongo’s investment and to which Nouvel did not contribute."

Pitt and Jolie's 2014 wedding was an intimate one that was attended only by the couple's six children. The documents reveal that three years before they filed for divorce proceedings, Pitt transferred 10% of his share over to Jolie in a move that made them both 50/50 co-owners of the landmark.&nbsp;

Sources stated that Jolie’s alleged dealing with the property is the actress’ attempt to move the goalposts and avoid her obligations to Pitt as the parties supposedly agreed to give the other the option to purchase the estate outright should one of them decide they wanted out of the arrangement.

Jolie's team has, meanwhile, accused Pitt for allegedly using his celebrity in a bid to gain sympathy in the ongoing custody battle of the exes.&nbsp;

The judge handling the bitter divorce case between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie was ordered to step down on Friday after Jolie complained that he was not impartial.

An appeals court ruling in California said Judge John Ouderkirk should have disclosed his previous professional relationships with attorneys representing Pitt in the couple`s protracted dispute over custody of their children.

Jolie and Pitt, once one of Hollywood`s most glamorous couples, separated in September 2016 after a more than 10-year romance and two-year marriage. Jolie filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences.

<a href="https://www.wionews.com/entertainment/hollywood/news-riverdale-actress-madelaine-petsch-to-star-in-produce-debut-feature-%E2%80%98jane%E2%80%99-400176" hreflang="en">'Riverdale' actress Madelaine Petsch to star in, produce debut feature ‘Jane’</a>

The couple were declared legally single in 2019 but the two actors have remained locked in a battle over the care of their five minor children. The appeals court ruling said Ouderkirk had committed an "ethical breach" that "might cause an objective person, aware of all the facts, reasonably to entertain a doubt as to the judge`s ability to be impartial. Disqualification is required."

Ouderkirk, a private judge, was hired by the couple in a bid to keep details of the divorce out of the public eye. His departure is likely to further extend the custody dispute.
Pitt had opposed Jolie`s bid to remove Ouderkirk.

Pitt and Jolie currently share custody of five of their six children. The sixth - Cambodian-born Maddox - is 19 and is not subject to custody arrangements.
A spokesperson for Pitt said the ruling was based on a technical issue and that the judge`s previous decision to allow Pitt to share custody was based on the testimony of expert witnesses.

"We will continue to do what`s necessary legally based on those detailed findings of what`s best for the children," the Pitt spokesperson said in a statement.
Representatives for Jolie on Friday declined to comment.

Former couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt don’t seem to let bygones be bygones as they continue to get embroiled in a bitter legal battle over custody of their kids.

Jolie now claims that three of her children with ex-husband Pitt had hopes to testify against him in the ongoing custody battle.&nbsp;

<a href="https://www.wionews.com/topics/angelina-jolie">Angelina Jolie</a> and <a href="https://www.wionews.com/topics/brad-pitt">Brad Pitt</a> officialised their divorce in 2019. They are parents to six kids -- Maddox, 19, Pax, 17, Zahara, 16, Shiloh, 14 and twins Vivienne and Knox, 12.

In a December 2020 court document, Angelina Jolie's legal team said that 'three of the children have asked to testify' in the ongoing custody proceedings. The lawyer said, “The children whose custody is at issue are old enough to understand what is going on. The trial is necessarily going to impact them emotionally. To make any of the children endure what may be a futile and void proceeding is beyond unjustified. It is cruel.”

While Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt initially agreed to Judge Ouderkirk as a private judge to keep the details of the case sealed, she said last August that the <a href="https://www.wionews.com/entertainment/hollywood/news-angelina-jolie-files-complaint-against-judge-after-he-refuses-to-testify-children-in-divorce-case-with-brad-pitt-387515">judge is compromised</a> because of “ongoing business and professional relationships” he has with one of Brad Pitt's lawyers; and that she will appeal a finalised decision made by Ouderkirk in the case.

Not happy with the judge, Jolie’s team insists that he has created a bad situation in which the kids will have to testify. Jolie's legal team said in court docs filed earlier this year that the judge denied the actress “a fair trial, improperly excluding her evidence relevant to the children's health, safety, and welfare, evidence critical to making her case.”

Susan Sarandon went back in time recently and reflected on the 1991 film 'Thelma and Louise' where she worked with Brad Pitt. The film had catapulted Pitt to fame and even though he was cast in a supporting role, people took notice of the actor.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
In an interview to Extra, the actress reflected on the success of the movie and what it was like working with Brad.&nbsp;

Sarandon stated she was surprised by Pitt's performance in the film. “When I saw the film, the part that really impressed me, in addition to his good looks and great body, was his sense of humour because he really fleshed that part out in a way that wasn’t necessarily in the script,” the actress said. “I thought, ‘Ah, this guy’s interesting, you know, he’s not just a really gorgeous face.’”

Rumour mills suggest actress Andra Day is Brad Pitt's new love interest

A California judge ruled that a custody order concerning Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's children must be modified in his favor, according to court documents filed by the "Fight Club" actor's lawyers.

Superstars Pitt and Jolie, who have six children and were once Hollywood's highest profile couple, formally divorced two years ago but have remained locked in a private court battle since.

The pair announced in 2018 they had reached an amicable settlement over the children -- three biological and three adopted -- which appears to have unraveled.

Documents filed by Pitt's attorneys at a California appeals court seen by AFP claim a privately appointed judge made a "tentative ruling" in which he found "the existing custody order between the parties must be modified, per Mr. Pitt's request."

The papers also claim that the judge found Jolie's "testimony lacked credibility in many important areas" and that her bid to challenge the new custody proceedings would "work grave harm upon the children, who will be further denied permanence and stability."

Jolie, 45, is attempting to have the judge dismissed from the divorce case.

The terms of the pair's original childcare agreement were never publicly revealed, but US entertainment media has widely reported that Pitt has been seeking equal custody, while Jolie sought sole custody.

A source told AFP on Wednesday that the judge's recent ruling "modified the customary order to significantly increase his time with the kids," although that could not be verified as the order -- which is not final -- is under seal.

Pitt, now 57, was accused of striking one of his children during a flight from France to Los Angeles shortly before Jolie filed for divorce, but was later cleared by the FBI and social workers.

"The recent decision in the custody matter is a tentative one ... we are a long way from a final resolution of anything," a source close to the issue told AFP.

"Angelina believes that she and the children have been denied a fair trial and will continue to seek the best solution for the children and their well being," the source said.

The A-listers -- given the celebrity moniker "Brangelina" -- wed in France in 2014, but had been a couple since 2004 after starring as married assassins in "Mr and Mrs Smith."

Hollywood star Angelina Jolie has criticised a judge in court filing after he refused to testify her and Brad Pitt's children in a case related to the couple's divorce. The judge is handling the child custody case in Pitt-Jolie's divorce case.&nbsp;

Jolie has sought to disqualify Judge John Ouderkirk from the divorce case and stated in her filing on Monday that he declined to hear evidence she says is relevant to the children's safety and well-being before issuing a tentative ruling. The documents don't specify on what that evidence may be. Jolie has accused Pitt of domestic violence and had stated that their children would testify if there was a need for it.&nbsp;

"Judge Ouderkirk denied Ms. Jolie a fair trial, improperly excluding her evidence relevant to the children's health, safety, and welfare, evidence critical to making her case," according to the filing in California's Second District Court of Appeal.

The actress also said the judge "has failed to adequately consider" a section of the California courts code, which says it is detrimental to the best interest of the child if custody is awarded to a person with a history of domestic violence.&nbsp;

Jolie sought divorce from Pitt in 2016, days after a disagreement broke out on private flight ferrying the actors and their children from France to Los Angeles. Pitt was accused of being abusive toward his then-15-year-old son during the flight. No charges were filed against the actor after investigations by child welfare officials and the FBI did not yield anything concrete against him. Jolie's lawyer had at that time said that she sought a divorce "for the health of the family."

Pitt and Jolie have six children together of which four are teenagers with the oldest- Maddox being 19 year old.

According to laws in California, children above 14 can testify in court if they wish to. In her new filing, Jolie states that judge has "refused to hear minor teenagers' input in relation to the case.&nbsp;

Reacting to Jolie's filing, Pitt's lawyer stated, "Ouderkirk has conducted an extensive proceeding over the past six months in a thorough, fair manner and reached a tentative ruling and order after hearing from experts and percipient witnesses."

Pitt's filing said the judge found Jolie's testimony "lacked credibility in many important areas, and the existing custody order between the parties must be modified, per Mr. Pitt’s request, in the best interests of the children."

While speaking to E! News, the actress was all&nbsp;praises for&nbsp;her children. "I have six very capable children. Of course, you wake up and you just feel like, `I`ve got to make sure they`re OK. I`ve got to make sure they`re mentally OK,` but honestly I think a few years ago it switched and they`re thinking, `I`ve got to make sure mom`s OK.`

"We`re such a team so I am very, very lucky. I`m always the one who worries but I don`t worry about them. They`re cool people."

She shared that playing PTSD-stricken fire fighter Hannah Faber in her new film 'Those Who Wish Me Dead'&nbsp;had been a "very healing" experience for her.

"I am drawn to people who have been through something and are broken and then find their way forward and overcome it. As an artiste, it`s very healing to play people like that. She`s been very healing for me, because you just get so broken and then you stand back up," she said.

She added that this is something that she has learnt from her late mother Marcheline Bertrand.

In an interview with Australia`s Sydney Morning Herald newspaper, she said, "My mother was very gentle. I can be many things in my work and in my life, but I am very warm and gentle with my children. That kindness and warmth is a foundation that`s unbelievably important."

She added that she hopes she has made her children comfortable.

"I hope that I`ve been able to be that (for my own children), that I`m that warm, safe place. Because - and it`s maybe a funny thing to say - but considering what my different jobs are, or what people think they know of you, or what you feel you have to be in the world, in truth none of those things are what you really are. Who you are to your children is everything."

Youn Yuh-jung created history as she became the first Korean actress to win an Oscar on Sunday night. Young Yuh-jung's performance in 'Minari' fetched her the Best Supporting Actress award at the Oscars 2021. And much like her performance, her acceptance speech won hearts.&nbsp;

The actress was presented the award by 'Minari's' co-producer Brad Pitt. As she went up on stage, she gushed about seeing Brad Pitt and said, "Mr&nbsp;Pitt, finally...nice to meet you! Where were you while we were filming? It’s a great honour to meet you."&nbsp;

The actress also set the record straight about how her name was mispronounced by everyone. "As you know, I’m from Korea, and actually my name is Youn Yuh-jung and in most of Europe, people call me “Yoh Yun” and some of them call me “Yuh Yun” but tonight you are all forgiven.”&nbsp;

The actress recalled that she had watched the ceremony for years on television back in her home country, South Korea. "Me being here by myself, I cannot believe I’m here. Ok, let me pull myself together. Thank you. Tremendous thanks to the Academy members who voted for me and in this speech as they usually say. Thank you to the wonderful Minari family: Steve (Yeun), (Lee) Isaac (Chung), (Han) Ye-ri, and Noel (Kate Cho), Alan (Kim) we became a family. And most of all—above all—Lee Isaac Chung, without him, I wouldn’t be here tonight. He was our captain and my director, so thanks to you. Too many thanks to you,” Yuh-jung said.&nbsp;

She also mentioned how honoured she was to be nominated in the category with other actresses. "See, I don’t believe in competition. How can I win over Glenn Close? I’ve been watching her so many performances. All the nominees—five nominees—we are the winners for different movies; we play a different role. So we cannot compete with each other. Maybe I’m luckier than you. Also maybe this is American hospitality for a Korean actor.”

The actress also thanked her two sons and said they made her “go out and work," &nbsp;and the audience laughed and conlcuded her speech by saying, "This is the result, because mommy worked so hard," pointing at the golden statue.&nbsp;
