A video had gone viral on social forums in which the Pakistani pacer Ali, was patting his thighs and raising his arms in front of soldiers from Pakistan Rangers. The move was exactly the same, how he does on cricket field after taking a wicket.
Ali gatecrashed the ceremony and did his trademark celebration facing the Indian crowd and BSF.

Also, Border Security Force (BSF) of India has now decided to lodge an official protest with Pakistan Rangers over the breach of a protocol, i.e. Ali's involvement in the ceremony.
According to the protocol of the flag-lowering parade, only the BSF on the Indian side and Rangers on the Pakistan side can take part and exchange the flags, no civilians can breach the ceremony.
