Virat Kohli-led Indian cricket team face Kane Williamson's side in the first semi-final of Cricket World Cup 2019 on Tuesday.
Two-time champions India and 2015 runners-up New Zealand will leave no stone unturned when they will battle for a finale berth at Manchester's Old Trafford cricket stadium.
India topped the group stage with seven wins from nine matches, while New Zealand limped into the last four after three successive defeats.
It is ironic that India's only washout in the group came against New Zealand, who had beaten the two-time champions in a warm-up game in May.
The two teams have played a total of 106 ODIs against each other, of which India have won 55 while New Zealand won 45. One match was tied between the two.
In World Cup history, both the teams have played a total of eight matches. India won three and New Zealand four, one got abandoned.
