A Pakistan minister, Hanif Abbasi, released a video amid the speculation of India-Pak war saying "our (Pakistan) missliles are not for decoration". Abbasi said that Pakistan will give India a "nuclear retaliation". He said that Pakistan's arsenal - including Ghori, Shaheen, and Ghaznavi missiles along with 130 nuclear warheads - has been kept "only for India".

His "warning" came in response of the Indus Water Treaty that India suspended after the terror attack. Abbasi said that if India halt Pakistan's water supply by suspending the Indus Waters Treaty, it should "prepare for a full-scale war".

"If they stop the water supply to us, then they should be ready for a war. The military equipment we have, the missiles we have, they're not for display. Nobody knows where we have placed our nuclear weapons across the country. I say it again, these ballistic missiles, all of them are targeted at you," he said in the video.
Suspension of Indus Water Treaty
On Wednesday (April 23), PM Modi-led Indian government announced the temporary suspension of the 1960's Indus Water Treat with Pakistan, which was brokered by the World bank. The treaty government the distribution and use of the Indus river and its tributaries between India and Pakistan.

The Indus river system comprises all the major rivers of India: Ravi, Beas, Sutlej, Jhelum and Chenab. The Ravi, Beas, and Sutlej are collectively referred to as the eastern rivers, while the Indus, Jhelum, and Chenab are known as the western rivers. The river system is crucial for both India and Pakistan. Indian government has said the treaty will be suspended until Pakistan stops supporting the cross-border terrorism.
