The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has accused Al Falah University founder Jawad Ahmed Siddiqui of collecting more than ₹415 crore ($50 million USD approx) through fake claims and misleading admissions, leading to his arrest and 13-day ED custody. The case took a sharp turn on Tuesday (Nov 18) night when Siddiqui was arrested after long hours of searches at several places linked to the Faridabad-based Al Falah University. He was taken to court around 1 am, where the ED asked for a 14-day custodial remand. His remark was in the context of the blast in New Delhi, in which at least eight people were killed and multiple people were injured. If multiple factors are favourable, a low-pressure area could gradually intensify in a phased manner into a depression and later into a cyclonic storm.&nbsp;At present, there are two weather systems active over peninsular India- a low-pressure area over the southern tip of mainland India, which has moved westwards towards the Lakshadweep archipelago. Further, a cyclonic circulation lies over the Southwest Bay of Bengal and neighbourhood, IMD said.&nbsp;Owing to rough seas and gusty wind conditions, fishermen have been advised not to venture out into the Andaman Sea and parts of the Bay of Bengal between Wednesday (Nov 19) &nbsp;and Sunday (Nov 23). Until Tuesday, (25th Nov), IMD has forecast heavy rain in multiple districts across the coastal belt of Tamil Nadu. The formation of multiple weather systems or cyclonic storms in the Bay of Bengal is typical of the ongoing Northeast monsoon season, which is active between mid-October and mid-December. The Northeast monsoon caters for about 50% or more of the annual rainfall in Tamil Nadu and coastal Andhra Pradesh. This season is known for cyclonic storms or weather systems that form in the Bay of Bengal, which can lead to very heavy rainfall and potential flooding in parts of Tamil Nadu and coastal Andhra Pradesh. These rains are also crucial for recharging the water table and the reservoirs.

It is associated with cloud formation, increased humidity and rainfall. It causes moderate rain, cloudy skies. If multiple factors are favourable, a low-pressure area could gradually intensify in a phased manner into a depression and later into a cyclonic storm.

This has pushed the Jail authority into question, how such high-security barracks can lack proper internal vigilance. The police have pointed out that the attack was an isolated event rather than an orchestrated attempt to escape. Three doctors from the university were detained by the Delhi Police in connection with a "white-collar terror module" and the deadly explosion near Delhi's Red Fort. The university is under investigation after its members were alleged to act under the guidance of Pakistan-backed handlers.&nbsp;The history of the university&nbsp;The university was founded in 1997 as an engineering college. It gained university status in 2014 and has since grown into a multi-disciplinary institution. Its website claimed that it was founded under the Haryana Private Universities Act by the Haryana Legislative Assembly.
