In the Pune Porsche crash case, the two friends of the juvenile have confirmed that the 17-year-old was in an inebriated state when he killed two young engineers by hitting them with his father's luxurycar, as per media reports.
The two witnesses further informed the police that the car was being driven at a speed of 200 km per hour when it hit the bike that the two engineers - Aneesh Awadhiya and Ashwini Koshta were riding.
Both 24-year-old working professionals were flung into parked cars. Ashwini Koshta died on the spot while Aneesh Awadhiya breathed his last in a hospital.
Earlier, the witnesses had said that the boy appeared to be "heavily drunk" when an angry crowd had detained them after the accident. It was also reported that the crowd had assaulted the boy.

A CCTV footagealso emerged which showed the boy drinking alcohol with his friends just hours before the incident. The police later arrested the bar owner and staff member who were questioned for serving liquor to a minor. In the Indian state of Maharashtra, the minimum legal drinking age is 25.
It was also revealed that two doctors and a ward boy had swapped the blood sample of the teenager to manipulate the tests at the state-run Sassoon Hospital.
It was further reported that the blood sample of the teen is likely to have been swapped with that of his mother. The teen's blood sample was discovered in a dustbin in the hospital.
Meanwhile, the court on Friday (May 31) sent the accused's grandfather Surendra Agarwal and father Vishal Agarwal to 14-day judicial custody. Their detention was earlier extended till May 31.

The Crime Branch of Pune Police had arrested the father-son duo on charges of wrongful confinement oftheir family driver.
Initially the juvenile was given bail 15 hours after driving the car at a speed of more than 200km per hour in a drunk state and killing two software engineers on a bike - Ashwini Kostha and Anish Awadhiya - in the early hours of Sunday (May 19).
He was granted bail on several conditionswhichincluded writing a300-word essay on road safety and working with the traffic police for 15 days, which led to a huge public outcry. It forcedthe state police to pursue the case again.
