Back in 2016, Bachchan had slammed Harsha Bhosle for being biased towards other players and speaking very little of the Indian cricket team which resulted in him being sacked by BCCI
The infamous Amitabh Bachchan has caused a stir on social media following his tweet on Sunday after India's victory against South Africa.
The veteran actor tweeted "INDIA wins first T20 against SoAf .. brilliant play .. loved the aggression .. and loved the bias commentating .. keep doing that please ..coz’ every time you do that we WIN handsomely!," which seemed like he was trying to take a dig at TV commentator Harsha Bhogle again.
Back in 2016, Bachchan had slammed Harsha Bhogle for being biased towards other players and speaking very little of the Indian cricket team. Harsha reportedly lost his job after former captain Dhoni endorsed the tweet, although, he recently got back to doing commentary again duringIndia’s tour of the West Indies in 2017.
Back then the Indian superstar had tweeted, “With all due respects, it would be really worthy of an Indian commentator to speak more about our players than others all the time.” The then captain MS Dhoni agreed with Bachchan and quoted the tweet saying, “Nothing to add.”
However, his tweet on Sunday did not godownwell as social media replied with fury.
