The tour will kick off in Bengaluru on November 27 at Bhartiya Mall of Bengaluru, followed by Delhi NCR on November 28 at HUDA Gymkhana Club, Gurugram.

The tickets are live on BookMyShow, starting from Rs 1,500.

This is not the first time Alesso is performing in the South Asian country. The Swedish hitmaker has made the country groove several times before with his power-packed festival sets, but what makes this tour special is that it marks his first-ever solo tour in India.

In his career, the singer has given several hits - from ‘Heroes (We Could Be)’ and ‘Calling (Lose My Mind)’ to ‘Under Control’ with Calvin Harris, his catalogue has become synonymous with some of the most memorable moments in modern dance music.

Alesso’s journey from Stockholm’s tightly knit electronic music scene to becoming one of the world’s most sought-after dance music artists has been marked by a string of global milestones. His breakout remix of Nadia Ali’s ‘Pressure’ in 2011 established him as a force to watch, while his early mentorship from Swedish House Mafia’s Sebastian Ingrosso helped shape the sound and ambition that would define his career. A GRAMMY-nominated artist, Alesso has since built a catalogue of platinum and multi-platinum records and collaborated with global names including Katy Perry, Usher, David Guetta, Hailee Steinfeld and Liam Payne.

Born as Alessandro Renato Rodolfo Lindblad, Alesso is one of the most influential names in electronic music with a career spanning more than 10 years.

Indian pop titan Darshan Raval is plotting a massive return to the road. The singer-songwriter has announced a five-city tour ‘The Love Letters India Tour’, marking his first extensive live trek following a three-year hiatus.

Riding high on the success of his latest monsoon anthem ‘Barsaat Lagdi Ae,’ Raval will bring his high-production, fan-first show to major arenas across Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kolkata and New Delhi this November and December.

Produced and promoted by leading live events promoter Team Innovation in association with Warner Music India, the highly anticipated trek marks Raval’s official return to the touring circuit following a significant gap. While Raval historically commanded massive crowds on his landmark 2022–2023 multi-city national tours, most notably his 10-city Love A Fair India Tour and subsequent Sound Of Love concert series, this upcoming winter run represents his first full-scale road effort since early 2023, signalling a grand new chapter of massive production and artistic reinvention.

Far from a standard, passive concert sequence, the 2026 run is structurally designed as a hyper-immersive, ‘fan-first’ event series. The tour will integrate premium global production standards utilizing state-of-the-art spatial acoustics and dynamic, panoramic stage architecture to cultivate an intimate, close-proximity atmosphere even within large arena spaces. Strategically prioritized for his core listener community, the venues will feature interactive, on-ground community activations, dedicated fan hubs, and experiential storytelling zones designed to bridge the physical space between the artist and the audience.

Darshan Raval states, “Every tour feels like a reunion with the people who have built this journey with me. This run is particularly close to my heart because it follows a long period away from the stage. We are building a show focused on making every section of the arena feel like the front row and it is the exact homecoming my fans deserve after three long years.”

Mohit Bijlani, Founder, Team Innovation states, “What sets Darshan apart is the profound, almost subcultural loyalty of his fan community. They don't just listen; they live his music. That is why this tour rejects the typical, cookie-cutter concert blueprint. We are leaning heavily into specialized, on-ground community integrations and immersive layouts. We want every single person in that room to feel a direct, intimate connection to the stage. It is a massive arena tour wrapped in the soul of a close-knit community gathering.”

Tickets are available exclusively on District by Zomato.

Raval’s market dominance relies on his unique duality: a trusted Bollywood playback engine combined with a fiercely independent pop identity. His catalog spans massive cinematic anthems like ‘Chogada’, ‘Mehrama’, ‘Kamariya’ and the streaming behemoth ‘Kabhii Tumhhe’ alongside genre-defining independent non-film hits like ‘Tera Zikr’, ‘Ek Tarfa’, ‘Asal Mein’, ‘Mahiye Jinna Sohna’ and his signature monsoon anthem ‘Baarish Lete Aana’. This cross-generational repertoire has cemented his status as a standalone pop idol capable of filling stadium-scale rooms independently.

Tour Schedule
* 22nd November 2026 – Ahmedabad
* 29th November 2026 – Bengaluru
* 5th December 2026- Kolkata
* 13th December 2026 – Mumbai
* 19th December 2026 – New Delhi

Riding high on the success of his latest monsoon anthem ‘Barsaat Lagdi Ae,’ Raval will bring his high-production, fan-first show to major arenas across Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kolkata and New Delhi this November and December.

Actor Swara Bhasker is questioning Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s 2018 film Padmaavat, again. Speaking at an event organised by the India International Centre (IIC) in New Delhi, Swara questioned the film’s climax, in which Queen Padmavati, played by Deepika Padukone, commits Jauhar (a medieval practice of mass self-immolation committed by Rajput women to avoid capture, enslavement and sexual violence when defeat in war was considered certain) along with hundreds of other women to save themselves from the Mughal emperor and his army, who had captured the fort.

At the time of the film’s release, Bhasker was among the A-listers who questioned the scene, and she even wrote an open letter to Bhansali.

Years later, Swara once again spoke about the film’s climax and questioned what the scene of these 800 women committing Jauhar conveys, as she questioned, ''Are we saying that rape is the end of a woman’s life?''

“I’m watching this, these 800 women committing jauhar, and I was like, if I had been, God forbid, if I was a rape survivor, what is this film telling me? Three-time Grammy Award winner, Padma Shri recipient, Guinness World Record holder and UN Goodwill Ambassador Ricky Kej is set to return to the Indian arena circuit with his upcoming tour, ‘DAMROOH - Dance To The Cosmic Spirit’. The large-scale musical tour, presented and promoted by Wizcraft, will travel across several major cities between October and December 2026. The tour is expected to bring together more than 30,000 attendees across its various stops. Rather than a conventional concert setup, the tour will feature a fully seated orchestral experience combining symphonic music, cinematic compositions, electronic elements and instruments from different musical traditions. Ricky Kej states, “Damrooh is not a concert, it is a heartbeat. The Damaru has always represented the primal pulse of creation, and I wanted to build an entire world around that rhythm — one where orchestral music, nature and technology speak the same language. Meet Punjabi actress who announced her divorce from Badshah This tour is deeply personal to me, and doing it in support of UNICEF, alongside artists who have shaped my own musical journey, makes it even more meaningful. I can't wait to bring Damrooh home to India.” Musically, the DAMROOH stage will function as a singular, living instrument structured across five cosmic forces: orchestral instrumentation, indigenous world sounds, global voices, electronic textures, and the thematic element of nature. The tracklist, comprising a mix of reimagined signature works and original compositions, will be structurally anchored around the primal rhythm of the Damaru, representing the infinite pulse of nature, consciousness and the living planet. After making a strong impact at the Korean box office, Korea’s most ambitious and expensive film to date, HOPE, is set to arrive in India on September 25, 2026. Written and directed by acclaimed filmmaker Na Hong-jin, the sci-fi action thriller will be released across the country by Star Entertainment in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Korean, bringing a large-scale Korean cinematic spectacle to Indian audiences. Blending creature-driven survival action, sci-fi, suspense and high-octane thrills, HOPE is built as a theatrical experience with both multiplex and mass appeal. Presented by Plus M Entertainment, and produced by Forged Films in co-production with Plus M Entertainment and Westworld, HOPE marks Na Hong-jin's return to feature filmmaking after a decade. The film brings together an extraordinary ensemble of Korean and Hollywood talent, led by Hwang Jung-min, Zo In-sung and Hoyeon, alongside international stars Taylor Russell, Cameron Britton with Alicia Vikander and Michael Fassbender. The film has already established itself as a major theatrical event in South Korea. HOPE recorded the biggest opening day for a film in South Korea in 2026 at the time of its release, registering more than 330,000 admissions on its first day. Its scale and international ambition have also translated into unprecedented global demand, with the film securing distribution across more than 200 territories and achieving the highest overseas pre-sale amount in Korean film history. Adding to its commercial momentum is the film’s prestigious international recognition. HOPE premiered in Competition at the 79th Cannes Film Festival, competing for the coveted Palme d’Or. The selection marked a significant milestone for Na Hong-jin, making HOPE his fourth consecutive feature film to be invited to Cannes - following The Chaser, The Yellow Sea and The Wailing. The film has also received strong international attention following its Cannes premiere, with critics recognizing its ambitious scale, genre-bending narrative and distinctive visual world. Its combination of Korean filmmaking sensibilities, Hollywood star power and creature-driven survival action positions HOPE as a film designed to transcend language and cultural boundaries.

"When he initially told me, I was scared. Yeah, that was the first reaction. We had finished a very macho photoshoot, and he said, ‘It’s not working.’ Then he said, ‘I want you to wear a sari, dress like a lady.’ We started doing sketches. And then we could see it. And I started buying into the idea, because there’s always a fear in the beginning. First, there was fear, and then there was exploration. And then after a point, we knew, this is going to be the USP of the film as an actor. I knew it is a challenging thing for me as an actor. If I do this, I will walk away with a huge, how do I say, with a great name. Only one thing that Sukumar garu (sir) and I thought was that even if he’s dressed in a sari, he has to look very, very macho, the alpha-ness should not be lost," he told The Hollywood Reporter India.

Also Read: 'Truly zero awareness': Allu Arjun sparks backlash after telling fans to 'wait outside' girls' houses

The sequence eventually became one of the most-talked about moments from the film.

Allu Arjun's work front

After Pushpa 2: The Rule, he is gearing up for filmmaker Atlee's upcoming science-fiction action film Raaka. Three decades after rapper Tupac Shakur's death, former gang boss Duane 'Keffe D' Davis has been found guilty of orchestrating the murder. Shakur was 25 when he was murdered at the height of his career. He was one of rap's most influential voices and sold more than 75 million records worldwide. Who is Kaffe D? Kaffe D whose real name is Duane Davis is a former gang leader who was convicted of orchestrating the September 1996 murder of rap icon Tupac Shakur in Las Vegas. The jury found Davis guilty of one count of murder with a deadly weapon in connection with the rap superstar's death in a drive-by shooting in Las Vegas on September 7, 1996. Prosecutors had argued during the trial that although Davis, a former leader of the South Side Compton Crips street gang, did not fire the gun that killed Shakur, it was he who had ordered the shooting and supplied the weapon to his nephew Orlando Anderson, who murdered Shakur. They told the court that Davis had planned the shooting as retaliation after Anderson was involved in a fight with Shakur and the rapper's crew in Las Vegas just hours before his murder. Hollywood star actor and producer Naomi Watts will receive a lifetime achievement award at Spain's top film festival next month, organisers announced on Monday. The San Sebastian Film Festival said the British-born Australian, a two-time Oscar nominee, would take the "Donostia" prize as "one of the most talented and recognised actresses of her generation". Watts, 57, first made a name for herself in David Lynch's 2001 movie "Mulholland Drive" and has played versatile roles in both auteur cinema and big productions. She earned Oscar nominations for her performances in "21 Grams" (2003) by Mexican director Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu and "The Impossible" (2012) under Spain's Juan Antonio Bayona. Inarritu's "Birdman" (2014), "You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger" (2010) by Woody Allen and Michael Haneke's "Funny Games" (1997) feature among her other standout roles. Watts was nominated for an Emmy Award for her work in Ryan Murphy's mini-series "Feud: Capote vs. The Swans", where she was also an executive producer. Watts has also stood out in recent times for raising awareness about women's health and menopause. The prize ceremony will take place on September 19 in the northern coastal city of San Sebastian, where the Spanish-speaking world's most prestigious film festival will run from September 18-26. A showing of the new film "The Housewife" will follow, where Watts stars as the enigmatic wife of a suspected former Nazi official living in 1960s New York. German director, scriptwriter, producer and actor Werner Herzog is also due to take home a Donostia award this year. The illustrious list of previous winners includes Gregory Peck, Bette Davis, Lauren Bacall, Francis Ford Coppola, Woody Allen, Oliver Stone, Agnes Varda, Catherine Deneuve and Pedro Almodovar.
