Baseer Ali and Amaal Mallik’s recent comments on fellow contestant Awez Darbar have grabbed eyeballs. Both Baseer and Amaal have alleged that Awed has been cheating on his girlfriend Nagma Mirajkar, who is also inside the Bigg Boss house. Now, Awez’s elder brother, influencer Zaid Darbar, has commented on the claims made against his brother.

Zaid defends his younger brother Awez

Zaid took to his Instagram handle and shared a video from the episode, penning a long note that pointed out how one should not get personal with fellow contestants and avoid dragging things that have happened outside the house.

The post read, “Fights are part of the BB game. You gotta raise your voice & prove your point. But sadly, dragging outside topics into the house, poor mindset. Waise bhi, koi doodh ka dhula nahi hai(no one is innocent) (You know what I mean). BB house is all about judging what’s happening inside & saying your piece, that’s the game! As a brother & a viewer, full support to Awez. He stood tall for himself. Accha hai main andar nahi hoon. (Good that I am not inside the house) Who knows, knows!”

What did Baseer and Amal say about Awez?

For the unversed, Baseer accused Awez of “cheating on Nagma” after a heating altercation with him during a task on Thursday’s episode. Baseer claimed that he knew stories of Amez cheating on his girlfriend Nagma but has never spoken about it till now.

“Awez ke naam par main aaj tak nahi gaya, usne aaj kya nikala sabse pehla point, isko toh 2-2, teen teen ladkiyaan chahiye, ye ladki ke paas jaata hai, woh ladki ke paas jaata hai, tab tak main aagaya gym ke paas. Aur gym ke paas se maine bola, ke bahar tu apni girlfriend rakh ke kitno ke saath godh mein letata hai. Mereko toh kisse pure sab pata hai, bolun tereko tu kisko godh mein lete ke aaya hai tab woh hil gaya.” (I never brought up Awez’s name until now. But the very first point he raised today was that I want two or three girls at a time—I go to one, then another. That’s when I came near the gym. From there, I confronted him, saying, ‘Outside, you keep a girlfriend, but how many others do you hold in your lap?’ I know all the stories. Should I tell you who you’ve been with? That’s when he got shaken up.”)said Baseer.

Amaal supported Baseer’s claim and alleged that he knew Awez would slip into DMs of other women often.

Amaal said, “15–16 aise common friends ke friends hain. Ye joh bhai sahab serious relationship bolke 10 saal hone ko aagaya hai aur idhar propose kiya hai. Kisi ko hurt nahi karna hai, par har din kisi na kisi ko DM par chalu hai.” (We have around 15–16 mutual friends. This man has been in what he calls a ‘serious relationship’ for almost 10 years, and even proposed here. I don’t mean to hurt anyone, but every single day he is sliding into someone’s DMs.”)

Both Awez and Nagma have been nominated for this week’s eliminations.

Bigg Boss 19 contestant and influencer Awez Darbar has been accused of cheating on girlfriend Nagma. Awez's older brother, Zaid Darbar has now reacted to the claims made by Bigg Boss contestants Baseer and Amaal.

It has been three odd weeks since Bigg Boss 19 started and camps have been made within the Bigg Boss house. Tasks have led to heated arguments and fights among the contestants. Zaid defends his younger brother Awez Zaid took to his Instagram handle and shared a video from the episode, penning a long note that pointed out how one should not get personal with fellow contestants and avoid dragging things that have happened outside the house.

Leonardo DiCaprio's latest film One Battle After Another is part action-part drama with dollops of comedy thrown in. The film is deeply political and has DiCaprio playing a revolutionary on the run with his teenage daughter.

Radical violence. Immigration raids. White supremacists. Leonardo DiCaprio's politically charged new movie "One Battle After Another" could scarcely be more timely. Part-action, part-drama, with plenty of comedy and almost guaranteed a bagful of Oscar nominations, the film centers on an ageing revolutionary and his teenage daughter. It delivers a lesson on "what this next generation is going to have to deal with," DiCaprio told a press conference Thursday. DiCaprio plays Bob, a political insurgent who specializes in explosives. The movie begins as he conducts undercover resistance operations at the US-Mexico border with his lover and co-conspirator, Perfidia (Teyana Taylor). But when villainous Sean Penn's Colonel Lockjaw infiltrates the group, Bob is forced to flee with their infant Willa. Sixteen years later, the bulk of the story finds Bob's outlaw history catching up with him and his now-adolescent daughter. Lockjaw is in hot pursuit, happy to order arbitrary immigration crackdowns on the community where he believes his target is hiding. The problem is, Bob has spent that time frying his brain with drugs and alcohol -- and can't remember the first thing about being a revolutionary. "I love the idea that you expect this character's going to use massive espionage skills, but he cannot remember the password," said DiCaprio. "His past is coming back to haunt him, and now it's passed on to the next generation, a sort of trauma." - 'Politically charged' - The film, out September 26 in the United States, comes from writer-director Paul Thomas Anderson, the auteur behind "There Will Be Blood," "Magnolia," "Boogie Nights" and "Licorice Pizza." Reviews are under embargo, but immediate reaction from critics on social media has been effusive in praise. It is already seen as a clear frontrunner for Best Picture at the Academy Awards. Penn's character is embroiled with a group of white supremacists called the Christmas Adventurers -- a setup that provides comedy as well as darkness. "Well, they became less ludicrous even since we've shot the film. I see the culture adapting to take it all straight," Penn earlier told the New York Times. DiCaprio told the same newspaper that the movie "is politically charged, but I think it has a lot to do with how tribal we've all become." The film dissects "how we have stopped listening to one another, and how these characters thinking or acting in these extremes can bring a lot of hurt," said the actor. The Times interview was conducted several weeks before the fatal shooting of right-wing US activist Charlie Kirk. "I hope that this movie really creates a lot of healthy dialog and a lot of necessary conversations that need to be had," Taylor told Thursday's press conference. - 'Blast' - By his own admission, Anderson "stole" the concept of "what happens when revolutionaries scatter" from the Thomas Pynchon novel "Vineland." Ahaan Panday, a known face from Dubsmash days, is charming and good-looking and reminds you of his uncle Chunky Panday from his younger days. Ahaan off screen charming persona is familiar to those who are regular on social media, but on screen, he plays a troubled and arrogant man who has too much angst to make it big. It's only when he meets Vani (Padda) that he realizes his true calling and finds love. Ahaan plays the part well, even though at some point, one feels his dialogue delivery needs more work.''

ROMO- The answer to FOMO for introverts

While FOMO has dominated social media culture for a long period of time, it has also contributed to anxiety when people see others attending parties, travelling or landing opportunities. On the other hand, ROMO flips the script as instead of obsessing over what you are not part of, ROMO celebrates the calm that comes from stepping back or taking a break.

How ROMO helps your mental health and its rise

ROMO gives you a feeling of peace rather than panic when saying “no” to any plans. It helps to save time and energy from endless commitments, and people can choose solitude, reflection, or authenticity over social pressure. The casual statement from Murphy may have just given traction to a growing cultural shift.

Mental health experts have already been talking about ROMO as a counterbalance to the stress of FOMO. With increasing pressure from social media feeds, ROMO impresses those who want to prefer themselves and embrace boundaries. If FOMO defined the 2010s, maybe the 2020s will belong to ROMO and Murphy just might be its most unlikely ambassador.

Besides ROMO, the conversation at TIFF didn’t stop with The Odyssey. When asked about the highly awaited Peaky Blinders movie, Murphy replied only, “Oh, I can’t tell you.”

While fans may need to be patient for news about Tommy Shelby’s return, Murphy’s schedule remains full with Steve, the TIFF premiere directed by Tim Mielants and written by Max Porter. As he takes a step back from Nolan’s universe (at least for now), Murphy has definitely sparked a conversation about ROMO on social media.

Actor Cillian Murphy has sparked conversation around a new terminology- ROMO- during an interview at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF). While he may take a break from 'Nolan Universe' for now, his casual statement is surely going to impress the fans particularly introverts.

Shah Rukh Khan is called the King of Romance. But much before he earned the title of playing the soft boy’s role, Khan cemented his place by playing villainous roles. And one of his most iconic roles is in Yash Chopra's Darr.

In the 1993 psychological thriller, Khan played the role of an obsessive lover who is head over heels in love with a girl. Everything about this movie is iconic, but one thing that has been etched into the audience’s mind is Khan's famous dialogue, ‘’I love you, K-K-K-Kiran.'' The stammered line became one of the most iconic dialogues of Indian cinema. But did you know the story behind it?

The interesting story behind SRK’s iconic Darr dialogue

Also read: Sunjay Kapur’s sister claims mother was ‘locked away’, forced to sign papers

The untold story behind Shah Rukh Khan's dialogue and his performance in this chilling role still gives goosebumps to many. But did you know how this stammer came to the line? It was actually Khan's idea.

In Netflix's documentary titled The Romantics, SRK recalls where he drew inspiration to stammer in the dialogue.

"I had a classmate who had a stammer and then we did some little study, some BBC documentary where they talked about that people's minds become aware to one sound, and it's like a sharp current. So, you can't say the word because you become aware of a sound. Let's make him aware of the woman he loves the most, her name. So, I only stammer on the word Kiran. It was just for that one word because he's so aware of her," SRK shared.

Also read: When Materialists is releasing on OTT in India? Adi said 'Dad won't allow that.' Sometimes he would come and tell me that listen I think dad is not going to take a close up of this. I think you did very well. Shah Rukh Khan is called the King of Romance. But much before he earned the title of playing the soft boy’s role, Khan cemented his place by playing villainous roles. Everything about this movie is iconic, but one thing that has been etched into the audience’s mind is Khan's famous dialogue, ‘’I love you, K-K-K-Kiran.'' But did you know how this stammer came to the line? "I had some really fantastically stupid ideas, like I remember once going to Adi and saying, can I make this phone call hanging upside down? Adi said 'Dad won't allow that.' Sometimes he would come and tell me that listen I think dad is not going to take a close up of this. I think you did very well. So, you suggest, if I do it, he'll turn me down. So, we were like the filters who kind of help each other with Yash Ji," he added. More about Shah Rukh Khan's Darr Directed by Yash Chopra, Darr is one of the most iconic movies of Indian cinema.
