Ayushmann Khurrana has probably understood the mood of the audience as he picks up yet another film that has an important social message in the theme, or so it seems from the trailer of his next film, âBalaâ.
The trailer of the film is out.
It stars Bhumi Pednekar and Yami Gautam, both actresses he has worked with previously. While Bhumi plays a dusky small-town girl who is at odds with the society that is obsessed with fair skin, Yami plays Ayushmannâs love interest in the film.
Ayushmann plays the role of a man suffering from premature balding and becomes a butt of jokes of many people. Due to this his confidence suffers and he starts finding means to cover his bald patch on the head.
The trailer has a smooth flow as Ayushmann is shown going from doctors to alternative medicine to get his hair back.
âBalaâ is a comedy-drama that is produced by Dinesh Vijan under the banner of Maddock Films. It is directed by Amar Kaushik and will release on November 7.
