Relatives of slain BJP leader Shiv Kumar Yadav stage protest

Relatives of a local BJP leader Shiv Kumar Yadav, who was shot dead along with his security guard yesterday, staged a demonstration along with their bodies at Noida Sector 71 on Friday.

Kumar and his security guard were shot dead by bike-borne assailants at Greater Noida's Bisrakh area on Thursday.

He was shot when he was returning home from his school with a driver and two personal security guards.

A girl who was injured when the BJP leader's car rammed into her during the attack, also died.

Reports say the bike-borne assailants overtook Kumar's SUV and sprayed bullets, killing Kumar and his security guard while injuring several others.

Kumar's car had lost balance and hit a divider after shots were fired.
