Despite being a sought-after career choice, the tech services sector in india faces a persistent issue: low salaries for freshers. While top ceos in this sector enjoy substantial pay, entry-level salaries have stagnated around the $3000 - $4000 per annum range for years. Tcs and infosys, two tech giants, recently reported a decline in their headcount during the december quarter earnings.
