The Taliban has accused Pakistan of striking Afghanistan to avoid its commitments under the recently signed Makkah Joint Defence Agreement with Saudi Arabia and Turkey. Taliban spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid alleged Pakistan was portraying the situation as a conflict with Afghanistan to sidestep its obligations
