Coronavirus Pandemic: China approved emergency use of potential vaccine since July

The Chinese government has been administering a coronavirus vaccine candidate to selected groups of key workers since July. According to Zheng Zhongwai, the head of National Health Commission potential vaccines has been given to workers in high-risk jobs.
