US President Joe Biden was part of another gaffe during the Quad Summit meeting at his residence in Wilmington, Delaware on Saturday (Sep 21) with leaders of the powerful alliance around. As Biden was finishing up his speech and preparing to introduce Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi,he lost his train of thought and snapped at one of the staffers.
The video going viral on social media shows Biden wrapping up hisspeech at the Cancer Moonshot event when he said,"So I want to thank you all for being here. And now, who am I introducing next?"
After an awkward second of silence, Biden demanded to know,"Who's next?"
The clip showed an aide coming toward the stage and making a hand gesture, before a compere introduced PM Modi.
We really don’t have a president.
Biden completely FORGOT he was at a press conference with the Prime Minister of India.
The entire world is laughing at us.

After PM Modi walked up to him, Biden instantly relaxed, cracked a joke and wrapped his hands around the Indian PM to diffuse the situation.
However, the incident once again highlighted the poor cognitive qualities of Biden which forced him to drop out of the presidential race. Netizens dissected the clip and said it was unbecoming of a president to shout at a staffer like that.
One user said, "I don't know whether to laugh or get sad", while another added: "What an utter embarrassment!!!!! How disrespectful to the prime minister of India. Kamala could have greeted him, right?"
A third commented,"Trump and Vance need to hit hard on the question of why Kamala tried to hide Biden's condition which has been obvious to the world for at least the past year."

Apart from snapping at the staffers, Biden was also caught on a hot mic telling the Quad leaders that China was testing them.
Biden said that China continued to "behave aggressively, testing us all across the region on several fronts, including on economic and technology issues".
"At the same time, we believe intense competition requires intense diplomacy," he added.
Quizzed about the incident, asenior Biden administration official attempted to downplay the error.
"I don't think I have much to elaborate on that. It's consistent with what has been said before, and I don't think it'll be much of a surprise that our inside voice matches our outside voice," the official said.
