Creating content on social media is all fun and games until your content starts disrupting the lives of others. The quest to create that one viral video can take people's common sense away.
A recent video shared by a user named @desimojito on X showed a woman reclining atop a baggage carousel at an airport. "The virus has reached the airports too," the caption read. Since then, the video has garnered over 3 million views and 1700 retweets.
A content creator, identified as Sujata Dahal originally posted this video on Instagram. 'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai' movie's title song is playing in the background
"They should be booked in the cargo and sent to some obscure land where they can make videos peacefully without distracting others," one user wrote. "Problem is not that she made this video .. real problem is she has an audience for this rubbish," wrote another user.
A third user commented, "This is one of the most direst parts of the airport and she is lying down there, gross.. Fine her, fine her in lakhs. Make an example out of her..."
"From metro to airport they have come a long way," one comment under the tweet read. "Great, now we can add "avoiding airports" to our to-do list," read another.
This incident is not a kind report of creators creating disruptions in public coming from multiple parts of India. Earlier this month, video of two girls performing a sensual dance on the Delhi metro and putting colours on each other had enraged many.
The two girls named Preeti and Vineeta are now facing a fine of ₹ 33,000for a similar videoin which they are sitting on a scooter with their partner Piyush. They are sitting facing each other and playing Holi with colours while facing one another. A formal complaint has been lodged by the Noida Police against them, and the scooter owner has been fined ₹80,500.
