It seems Meghan Markle's half brother Thomas Markle Jr is not too fond of her.

Thomas will soon be participating in Australia's 'Big Brother VIP'. The trailer of the show has him calling Meghan "shallow". Thomas is among the 12 "celebrity" contestants.

Thomas describes himself as "the biggest brother of them all" in the teaser released Sunday on Twitter and also brags about warning Prince Harry not to marry Meghan.

"I told Prince Harry, ‘I think she’s going to ruin your life,'" Thomas says as video of him stepping out of a limo plays. "She’s very shallow."
Thomas, reportedly, sent a scathing handwritten letter to Prince Harry ahead of the couple's May 2018 wedding. He reportedly warned the prince that it was 'not too late' to turn back.

He also wrote that Meghan was "obviously not the right woman" for Harry and alleged that she was acting "the part of a princess like a below C average Hollywood actress."

Thomas and Meghan share father Thomas Markle together. The 55-year-old was not part of the royal wedding- neither was his sister Samatha Markle, who has also been vocal in the past about her estrangement from Meghan.

This isn't the first time that Thomas has used Meghan Markle to gain leverage.

In 2019, he starred in a beer ad alongside a Meghan look-alike. The ad depicted him attempting to rob Buckingham Palace of Queen Elizabeth II’s crown, only to choose a case of beer instead.

The cast of 'Big Brother VIP' this year also includes Caitlyn Jenner and Omarosa Manigault Newman.

Duchess of Sussex- Meghan Markle might have received a plethora of birthday wishes as she turned a year older on Wednesday but what caused a buzz on the internet were the unexpected greetings from the British Royal Family and her father Thomas Markle, amid an ongoing family dispute.

Meghan received a bouquet of roses as a birthday gift from her father, but according to Thomas-it doesn`t seem to be melting their icy relationship.

Thomas told TMZ that he sent Meghan flowers for her 40th birthday, along with a personalized card that simply said, "Wishing you a happy birthday and brighter days."He told that the bouquet featured a dozen red roses with 2 yellow roses in the middle, signifying Meghan and Prince Harry`s two children- Archie and newborn Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor.

The grandfather of two said he wanted to "incorporate his grandchildren", Archie and Lilibet, in Meghan`s birthday flower arrangement, adding that he wants "to be a part of their lives" because it seems to him "the kids don`t have enough family around them in Montecito."Thomas and Meghan share an icy relationship that turned testier after Meghan and Harry`s bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey in March.

The royal members including Prince William, Kate Middleton, Prince Charles, Camilla, and Queen Elizabeth II took to their official Twitter handles, to share mesmerising pictures of the duchess and sent their best wishes on her big day.

Not all love’s lost between Priyanka Chopra and The Duchess of Sussex as the former wished Meghan Markle on her birthday. On Meghan Markle’s 40th birthday, Priyanka Chopra wrote that she is pledging to support her initiative, to help women who've lost their jobs during the pandemic.

“Happy to join”, Priyanka Chopra wrote, "Happy birthday, Meghan. For her 40th birthday this year, in true Meg fashion, she’s chosen to put the welfare of others first.⁣ As we all know, the pandemic has disproportionately impacted women around the world.⁣"

Explaining the campaign, Priyanka continued, "In America alone, OVER 2 MILLION WOMEN have departed the workforce since January 2020. The three groups experiencing the largest burdens are mothers, women in senior management positions, and women of colour. These women, who are pillars of our communities, are shouldering the brunt of the crisis, including homeschooling and caring for family members of all ages.⁣ It’s time to help women get back into the workforce.⁣"

If you are able, donate time to mentoring, community service or any act or service that you can and maybe we can all collectively contribute to a global wave of compassion.⁣"

Hours after it was reported that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's daughter Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor was not included in the royal line of succession list, her name has been added.

The addition comes after more than seven weeks after her birth.

The official royal website was updated on Monday, after the family caught backlash over the weekend once people noticed that Lilibet had not been added to the succession line in a timely manner, following her birth in June 2021.

Lilibet has been named after Queen Elizabeth II and Harry`s late mother, Princess Diana. She now sits at her rightful place as eighth in line to the throne, according to the official succession list on the Royal Family`s website.

Lilibet`s inclusion on the list bumps the embattled Prince Andrew down to number nine on the royal line of succession and places her just after her older brother, Archie Mountbatten-Windsor, who the Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed in 2019.

This delay in adding Lilibet to the official line of succession was first spotted by a news outlet.

In addition to flagging the omission, the outlet also reported for comparison that Archie was added to the list two weeks after his birth. When Prince William and Kate Middleton`s third child, Louis, was born, his name was added to the list after 12 days.

When royals Zara and Mike Tindall`s son Lucas was born in March of this year, the baby`s name was also added right away.

The delay comes after Meghan and Harry alleged in a tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey in March that they were mistreated by the other royals before they made the decision to step back from their duties within the family and move to California to live without the family`s resources.

Markle, who is biracial, claimed that prior to Archie`s birth, there were concerns among royal family members about how dark her child`s skin would be.

The couple has since cut deals with Netflix and Spotify. As per Fox News, the latest venture for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be Harry`s USD 20 million book deal for a memoir that many believe will share even more details about his time in the royal family.

Meghan Markle, Prince Harry's daughter finally added to royal line of succession

Looks like Britain's royal family is not ready to bury the hatchet with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, specially after their bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey earlier this year. The couple's newborn baby girl- their second child- has not been added to the British royal family's official line of succession.

Harry and Meghan welcomed daughter on June 4 and named her Lilibet Diana Mountbatten Windsor, in honour of Queen Elizabeth II and late Princess Diana. She is supposed to be eighth in line to the throne.

The omission was reported by The Daily Mail which mentioned that Archie, Harry and Meghan's first-born, was included in the official list two week after he was born in 2019.

When Prince William and Kate Middleton's third child, Louis, was born, his name was added to the list after 12 days.

At the moment Prince Andrew remains listed as eighth in line to the throne, in Lilibet's place.

The revelation comes at a time when the couple and the royal family are embroiled in a cold war after Harry and Meghan accused them of mistreatment and racism in an interview with Oprah Winfrey.

The couple quit their roles in the royal family in early 2020 and moved to the US.

Post the Oprah interview, Harry has spoken on multiple occasions on his childhood and how his father Prince Charles and brother Prince William are also victims of the system.

Harry has also reportedly landed a $20 million book deal for his memoir, and he and Meghan are also in talks to pen a leadership book. Harry reportedly will not be seeking permission from the Buckingham Palace for the memoir.

Prince Harry to write a memoir: 'Writing not as prince but as the man I have become'

After `happily` reuniting with his brother -- Prince William -- at her late mother Princess Diana`s statue unveiling event, the Duke of Sussex- Prince Harry is back to his wife and kids in the United States.

Prince Harry and Prince William paid tribute to their late mother Diana at the Kensington Palace on July 1, which marks her 60th birth anniversary. Despite the ongoing royal tension, the brothers who were not on good terms with each other in recent years were all smiles while unveiling the statue together.

As per reports by Page Six, the Duke of Sussex was spotted at the Los Angeles airport on Saturday morning. On Thursday, the brothers joined the armed forces at their childhood home, Kensington Palace, to reveal the statue, which they commissioned four years ago.

The sculpture depicts their mother with three children, reflecting Diana`s work to support and nurture children around the world. Despite speculation that the royal brothers might each deliver a speech for the occasion, they issued a joint statement that read, "We remember her love, strength and character-- qualities that made her a force for good around the world, changing countless lives for the better. Every day, we wish she were still with us, and our hope is that this statue will be seen forever as a symbol of her life and legacy."

As per Page Six, the statue, which features Diana standing beside three children to represent her "generational impact," includes a paving stone engraved with the message, "There are the units to measure the worth of this woman as a woman regardless of birth. Not what was her station? But had she a heart? How did she play her God-given part?"

The guest list of the event was cut short to only 15 people due to the COVID-19 safety protocols. Among the guests, Diana`s sisters- Lady Sarah McCorquodale, Lady Jane Fellowes, and her brother, Charles Spencer were also present.

William`s wife Kate Middleton was not in attendance, nor was Harry`s wife, Meghan Markle, who remained in California with the couple`s two young children: 2-year-old son Archie Harrison and daughter Lilibet Diana, who was born on June 4.

The event marked the first time the brothers have been together since the funeral of their grandfather Prince Philip in May. Plans for the statue were first announced in February 2017, although the event was scaled back due to ongoing COVID-19 restrictions in the UK.

Chrissy Teigen looking at 'Meghan Markle-like' interview with Oprah Winfrey to tell her side of the story amid bullying allegations

After years of criticising his daughter Meghan Markle, Thomas Markle seems to have shifted his focus to Oprah Winfrey.

The Duchess of Sussex`s father recently appeared on Australia`s `60 Minutes` show and stated he and Prince Charles had one thing in common - both were ghosted by Harry and Meghan. His harshest criticism, though, was reserved for Oprah.

Targeting Oprah for her recent mental health docuseries `The Me You Can`t See` where she collaborated with Prince Harry, Thomas said the American host took advantage of a "weakened" Prince Harry to build her own network.

He said, "I have things to say. Oprah Winfrey, for one, I think is playing Harry and Meghan. I think she is using them to build her network and build her new shows and I think she`s taken advantage of a very weakened man and has got him to say things that you just shouldn`t be saying on television."

Oprah owns a cable channel named `OWN` that is jointly owned by Discovery Inc. She also owns the Harpo Studios that launched on January 1, 2011, replacing the Discovery Health Channel. However, her interview with Meghan and Harry got massive attention as compared to her previous interviews.

"She (Oprah) will disagree of course, and she may even sue me. I don`t care. But, the bottom line is she is working with Harry," Thomas further added. He also revealed that he learned of the birth of her new granddaughter Lilibet from the couple's public statement, and he found that disappointing.

He said, "I see them both ghosting their families completely and now they are alone in a huge house where they can probably accommodate 20 people in but it`s just the 4 of them. I don`t think they are going to have relatives over for a barbeque next week or next month."

Coming back to Oprah Winfrey`s talk show, the 67-year-old host has worked with Prince Harry quite a bit lately, first by interviewing him and Meghan for their bombshell, tell-all interview which included claims of racism and allegedly turning a blind eye to mental health needs against the royal family.

Most recently, Oprah produced `The Me You Can`t See` with Harry, a miniseries on Apple TV+ about mental health in which the royal made more bold claims about his family and his past struggles.

I think she is using them to build her network and build her new shows and I think she`s taken advantage of a very weakened man and has got him to say things that you just shouldn`t be saying on television." Oprah owns a cable channel named `OWN` that is jointly owned by Discovery Inc. I don`t think they are going to have relatives over for a barbeque next week or next month." Coming back to Oprah Winfrey`s talk show, the 67-year-old host has worked with Prince Harry quite a bit lately, first by interviewing him and Meghan for their bombshell, tell-all interview which included claims of racism and allegedly turning a blind eye to mental health needs against the royal family. Most recently, Oprah produced `The Me You Can`t See` with Harry, a miniseries on Apple TV+ about mental health in which the royal made more bold claims about his family and his past struggles.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry became parents for the second time with a daughter and her name has been embroiled in a controversy after the couple decided for her to have both names of reigning UK Queen and Harry’s late mother.

Their daughter is called Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor. She is the Queen’s 11th great-grandchild and is eighth in line to the throne. Her middle name was chosen to honour her late grandmother, Diana, Princess of Wales while Lilibet is Queen’s childhood nickname.

Now, sources report that the name has not been chosen after consultation with the Queen even though it has her childhood nickname. While the name clearly shows that it is an attempt to mend the couple’s rift with the Royal family, reports prove contradictory. Meghan-Harry's baby Lili features for the first time in mother's children's book

The BBC’s royal correspondent, Jonny Dymond, reported that the Queen had not been consulted about the Royal baby’s name. The BBC did not quote the source for its story directly, but Dymond said on BBC Radio 4’s Today programme that the source had made it very clear that the Sussexes had not asked permission to use the name and that none had been granted.

It was reported that he said “a good palace source” was “absolutely adamant” that Lili’s name had not been run by the Queen. Meghan Markle, Prince Harry taking parental leave after daughter Lilibet Diana's birth

Meanwhile, a spokesperson for Meghan and Harry insisted the Queen was told in advance about the name and that they would not have gone ahead with the name if the Queen had disapproved.

“The duke spoke with his family in advance of the announcement – in fact, his grandmother was the first family member he called. During that conversation, he shared their hope of naming their daughter Lilibet in her honour. Had she not been supportive, they would not have used the name,” the source was quoted.

Lawyers for Harry and Meghan have written to the media asserting that the BBC’s claims are false and defamatory.

Prince Edward gave quite a witty response when asked about his nephew Prince Harry and Meghan Markle`s bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey that saw the couple put the British royal family on blast.

According to Fox News, the Earl of Wessex and his wife, Sophie Wessex, recently participated in a Q&A with a local news outlet, where they were asked whether they watched the Sussexes two-hour sit-down that aired on March 7."Oprah who?" Edward quipped. His wife then followed suit, humorously responding, "Yes, what interview?"

Rather than discuss the family tensions directly, the Earl and Countess of Wessex hinted at the headway the royal family members are making since the CBS special aired.

Edward revealed that it was "nice" to have a "lengthy chat" with Harry when the duke traveled to the UK from his home base in California to attend Prince Philip`s funeral.

During the CBS special, Harry revealed that his relationships with William and their father Prince Charles have ruptured. He detailed how family divisions prompted the couple to step away from royal duties.

Markle described feeling so isolated and miserable inside the royal family that she had suicidal thoughts. The former American actor also said that a member of the family had "concerns" about the color of her unborn child`s skin. The family member was not Queen Elizabeth II or Prince Philip, according to Harry, sparking a flurry of speculation about who it could be.

The former `Suits` star also addressed a story that was previously reported, alleging that she made Middleton cry ahead of her May 2018 royal wedding to Harry over a wardrobe disagreement. Markle informed the media mogul that "the reverse happened" but clarified that the disagreement was quickly squashed. She explained, "It made me cry and it really hurt my feelings. And I thought in the context of everything else that was going on in those days leading to the wedding that it didn`t make sense to not be just doing whatever everyone else was doing, which was trying to be supportive."However, Markle noted that the alleged feud that made for such media fodder ended almost as quickly as it began thanks to an apology from Middleton.

Thirty-six hours after the comments aired, the palace issued a written statement in the name of the queen, Harry`s grandmother. The statement read, "The whole family is saddened to learn the full extent of how challenging the last few years have been for Harry and Meghan. The issues raised, particularly that of race, are concerning. While some recollections may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately."

The couple`s departure from royal duties began in March 2020 over what they described as the intrusions and racist attitudes of the British media towards the duchess. As per Fox News, the couple now resides in the coastal city of Montecito, California, and they are expecting a baby girl due sometime this summer.

The nature of the announcement, almost two days after the birth, reflects the new life the couple have chosen in the United States.

The birth of Lilibet comes almost a year and a half after Harry and Meghan announced that they intended to step down from their royal roles, plunging the family into crisis.

The situation deteriorated sharply in March this year when they gave an explosive interview to Oprah Winfrey, accusing one unnamed royal of making a racist remark and saying Meghan`s pleas for help when she felt suicidal were ignored.

Reigniting the debate over the British royal family and race, newly discovered documents, tell how until at least the 1960’s “coloured immigrants or foreigners” were banned from serving in clerical roles in the royal household.

Another major revelation done by these documents shed light on how controversial clauses are negotiated by Buckingham palace. Some of these controversial clauses remain to date, like the one exempting the Queen and her household out of the purview of laws that prevent race and sex discrimination.

These papers discovered at the National Archives as part of an ongoing investigation by the Guardian.

The papers reveal how in 1968, the then Queen’s chief financial manager informed civil servants that, although they were permitted to work as domestic servants “it was not, in fact, the practice to appoint coloured immigrants or foreigners” to clerical roles in the royal household.

It is still unclear when the practice ended, as Buckingham Palace has refused to answer questions about the ban and when it was revoked. Instead, Buckingham palace claims that before the 1990s they didn’t keep records of their employees’ racial backgrounds. Palace records from the 1990s show that people from ethnic minority backgrounds were employed at the palace in that decade.

Special Exemptions

While laws seeking to make illegal any discrimination on the grounds of race or ethnicity while hiring an employee, were sought to be introduced by government ministers in the 1960s, the queen has remained personally exempted from the equality laws for more than four decades.

An exemption that has made it impossible for royal household employees that are women or people from ethnic minorities to complain to the courts if they believe they have been discriminated against.

Buckingham Palace in a statement chose not to dispute the Queen’s exemption from the laws but rather added that it had a separate process for hearing complaints related to discrimination. The palace however did not specify what this process consists of.

The newly discovered documents are likely to refocus attention on the royal family’s historical and current relationship with race, especially given what Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, the family’s first mixed-race member had to say in regard to her own ethnicity and those of her children.

The exemption was brought into force in the 1970s when a series of racial and sexual equality laws to eradicate discrimination were implemented. A revelation that the documents make is regarding how government officials had to coordinate with Queen Elizabeth Windsor’s advisers on the wording of the laws.

Much of the royal family’s history is inextricably linked with the British empire and its subjugation of people all around the world. Some members of the royal family have also been criticised for their racist comments.

Queen’s consent

Some of the uncovered documents are concerned with the use of Queen’s consent, an obscure parliamentary mechanism using which the British monarch grants parliament permission to debate laws that affect her.

While the documents shed light on the monarch’s manipulation of the parliamentary proceedings, Buckingham Palace says the process is a mere formality. This denial is in spite of compelling evidence that the Queen has repeatedly used this power to secretly lobby ministers to amend legislation that was not to her liking.

The documents reveal how this Queen’s consent procedure was used covertly to influence the formation of the draft race relations legislation.

In 1968, Callaghan wanted to expand the UK’s racial discrimination laws from the mere prohibition of discrimination in public places to encompassing racism in employment or services like housing. But the then home secretary, James Callaghan, and other civil servants appear to be under the impression that until the Queen’s advisers are sufficiently satisfied that the race relations bill cannot be used against her in court, they should not request Queen’s consent for parliament to debate the bill.

As a result of the exemption given to the Queen, the Race Relations Board that was given the task of investigating racial discrimination had to send any complaints from the Queen’s staff to the home secretary rather than the courts.

In the 1970s, three laws were brought in to counter racial and sexual discrimination in the workplace. While complainants, in general, were empowered to take their cases directly to the courts, staff in the royal household were specifically prevented from doing so. The wording of the ban was just vague enough to make sure that the public may not have even realised that their monarch’s staff has been exempted.

A Buckingham Palace spokesperson said: “The royal household and the sovereign comply with the provisions of the Equality Act, in principle and in practice. This is reflected in the diversity, inclusion and dignity at work policies, procedures and practices within the royal household.

Newly discovered document sheds light on racist practices at Buckingham Palace

In a new documentary series set for release Friday Prince Harry is once again emphasizing that his family turned a blind eye to the struggles of his wife Meghan Markle, saying he will "never be bullied into silence."

The series comes out a day after the release of an independent inquiry in Britain that found that a BBC journalist used falsified documents to land a sensational 1995 sit-down with Princess Diana, the mother of Harry and his elder brother William, in which she detailed her troubled marriage to Prince Charles.

"I thought my family would help, but every single ask, request, warning, whatever it is, just got met with total silence or total neglect," Harry said concerning his wife's depression after the birth of their son Archie.

Both Harry and his spouse have already detailed mental struggles, with Meghan saying she had suicidal thoughts in 2019.

In the Apple+ series entitled "The Me You Can't See" -- which Harry co-produced with Oprah Winfrey -- the grandson of Britain's Queen Elizabeth II says he felt ashamed going to his family, because he knew "that I'm not going to get from my family what I need."

Focused on combatting the stigma surrounding the issue of mental health, the new docuseries doesn't drop any new bombshells, but it sees the youngest son of Prince Charles and Diana deal a new blow to Windsor Castle.

The couple sat with Oprah at length for a CBS interview broadcast in early March, triggering the royal family's biggest crisis since Harry's mother died in a car crash in 1997.

In the new series Harry focuses criticism particularly on his father, who previously has been accused of indifference towards his children.

"My father used to say to me when I was younger, to both William and I: it was like that for me, so it's going to be like that for you," the 36-year-old also known as the Duke of Sussex says.

"That doesn't make sense. Just because you suffered that doesn't mean that your kids have to suffer," Harry says.

Harry has spoken to his father multiple times since the Oprah interview came out, notably after the funeral of his grandfather, Prince Philip, according to British media.

But their relations remain tense.

The majority of Britons hold unfavorable opinions of Harry and Meghan, according to a recent YouGov poll, as Prince Charles' ratings have jumped.

Some British press accuses the couple of both denouncing media treatment and using coverage to boost their image.

In the series Harry says that as a boy he felt powerless to protect his mother, who was constantly hounded by the press.

On Thursday, journalist Martin Bashir apologized for using fake bank statements to persuade Diana to let him interview her for the BBC.

In the series Harry also details his experience with therapy, saying it has "equipped me to be able to take on anything" and especially helped him cope with the death of his mother when he was 12.

He said being with Meghan helped him realize the importance of mental health: "I knew that if I didn't do the therapy and fix myself that I was going to lose this woman who I could see spending the rest of my life with."

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex in January 2020 announced they would quit frontline royal duties.

They relocated to California, where Meghan is from.

Harry says in the show his greatest regret is not "making more of a stance earlier in my relationship with my wife and calling out the racism" the former actor faced from British press and social media.

The prince doesn't direct any accusations of racism towards his family in the documentary, though in March he said a relative was concerned over his son's skin color before he was born.

That allegation shook Buckingham Palace, with Prince William, Harry's brother, jumping to defend the institution: "We're very much not a racist family."

In new docuseries, Prince Harry again insists his family lacks empathy

From the sound of horses` hooves on the day of Princess Diana's funeral to chases by paparazzi when he was a child in the back of a car, Prince Harry is still haunted by the trauma of losing his mother.

Speaking in detail of how he failed to deal with her loss for more than a decade, Harry says in a new TV documentary series that the fear of also losing his wife Meghan was one of the main reasons the couple quit their royal duties and moved to California last year.

"My mother was chased to her death when she was in a relationship with someone who wasn`t white, and now look what`s happened. You`re talking about history repeating itself? They`re not going to stop until she dies," Harry says in the mental health documentary series "The Me You Can`t See."

Harry, whose American wife Meghan is bi-racial, spoke of racist reporting in the mainstream British press about his wife, as well as abuse on social media. Meghan has said her experience in Britain drove her to thoughts of suicide when she was pregnant with their first son Archie.

In the documentary, Harry spoke of walking behind Diana`s coffin through the streets of London with his brother William, father Prince Charles and uncle Charles Spencer. "The thing I remember most was the sound of the horses` hooves going along the Mall," he said. "It was like I was outside of my body, just walking along, doing what was expected of me, showing one tenth of the emotion that everyone was showing."

Years earlier, he recalled sitting in the back of his mother`s car while she, in tears, was pursued by photographers. "One of the feelings that comes up for me always is the helplessness. Being a guy and being too young to help a woman, in this case your mother, and that happened every single day," he said.

Harry said he buried his feelings, but drank heavily and suffered panic attacks and anxiety in his 20s, and still freaks out when he sees cameras. "I was so angry with what happened to her (Diana) and the fact there was no justice at all... the same people that chased her through that tunnel photographed her dying on the back seat of that car," he said.

"The clicking of cameras, and the flash of cameras makes my blood boil. It makes me angry. It takes me back to what happened to my mum, what I experienced as a kid." Even now, at age 36, he said that returning to London makes him feel tense and hunted.

Harry said he started serious therapy almost five years ago when he met Meghan. "I quickly established that if this relationship was going to work, I had to deal with my past," he said. The couple married in May 2018.

They`re not going to stop until she dies," Harry says in the mental health documentary series "The Me You Can`t See." “A woman driving who did the peace sign sitting there as a distraction, and he is laid down in the back of this truck taking photographs of them out with their kid and whoever else is in that area.”

“How is that normal, how is that acceptable?” he said.

A year after leaving their royal duties to move to Los Angeles, Madame Tussauds has now decided waxwork models of Prince Harry and his wife Meghan now belong in the attraction`s Hollywood zone and not with the other members of the House of Windsor.

The couple, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, quit royal duties to forge new independent careers on the other side of the Atlantic, and have since signed deals to deliver and produce content for Netflix, Spotify and Apple.

Now their waxwork models have been shifted from their place in the royal section of Madame Tussauds in London to join other celebrities, the famous attraction said on Thursday.

"Harry and Meghan have moved zones - Madame Tussauds London has moved its figures of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to their brand new Awards Party zone to reflect their move from Frogmore to Hollywood," Madame Tussauds said in a statement, referring to the couple`s former British home Frogmore Cottage.

Later this month, a television documentary series on mental health issues co-created by Harry and U.S. chat show queen Oprah Winfrey premieres on streaming service Apple TV+.

Ahead of the broadcasts, Harry appeared on the "Armchair Expert" podcast hosted by U.S. actor Dax Shephard, in which he likened his life as a royal to the "Truman Show", a film about a man who unwittingly grew up as the central character in a popular worldwide television reality show.

He also disclosed that when he first began dating Meghan, they met in a supermarket to avoid paparazzi photographers, and that the couple enjoyed more freedom after moving to California with young son Archie.

Prince Harry quit his role as a senior member in the UK royal family last year in order to break a family cycle of "pain and suffering" after realising that his father Prince Charles treated him "the way he was treated."

Harry appeared recently on 'Armchair Expert' podcast with host Dax Shepard and spoke candidly about his decision to move to US with his wife Meghan Markle and son Archie.

This was Harry's first chat since March, when he and his wife spoke to Oprah Winfrey in an explosive interview as they raised raised allegations of racism in the royal family, and said Charles had cut them off financially.

Harry told Shepard that while he did not did not blame his father, he had resolved to avoid making the same mistakes with his own children.

"When it comes to parenting, if I've experienced some form of pain or suffering because of the pain or suffering that perhaps my father or my parents had suffered, I'm going to make sure that I break that cycle," said Harry.

"So that means that he's treated me the way that he was treated. Which means, 'how can I change that for my own kids?' And well, here I am," the prince told Shephard. "I've now moved my whole family to the US."

"The three major times I felt completely helpless -- one when I was a kid in the back of the car with my mom being chased by paparazzi, two was in Afghanistan in an Apache helicopter, and then the third one was with my wife," he said.
