His remains were found bound and stuffed inside a wooden chest, buried six feet beneath the backyard of a house in Campo Grande.</p>

<p>The house was reportedly rented out by an unidentified suspect, who was spotted inside the residence around a month ago. Authorities are saying that the&nbsp;suspect was an acquaintance of&nbsp;Machado.</p>

<p>In a statement, the family’s lawyer Jairo Magalhães said, “He had his arms tied behind his head and buried in a trunk that is very similar to the ones in his own house.”</p>

<p>Malgahães also revealed that the actor’s body exhibited signs of<strong>&nbsp;</strong>strangulation<em>&nbsp;</em>after authorities found a line running around his neck. The official<em>&nbsp;</em>cause of death, however, is still under investigation.</p>

<p>Right before his disappearance, the actor suddenly abandoned his beloved dogs and his irregular communication with his family has also raised concerns.&nbsp;Several other events that took place before the actor's mysterious death have added another layer of mystery to the case.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Meanwhile, his friends and family are seeking justice and closure. They are expecting the authorities to quickly catch the actor's murderer and put him behind bars.<br />

But, Home Office lawyers are opposing the idea of allowing wealthy people to "buy" security from the Metropolitan Police.</p>

<p>Harry has lost a bid to bring a second High Court challenge against the Home Office, which is responsible for policing, immigration and security. He was seeking the go-ahead to secure a judicial review.&nbsp;This ruling followed a one-day court hearing in London last week.</p>

<p>In the ruling on Tuesday, Justice Chamberlain said that the 38-year-old cannot seek a judicial review over his security arrangements on a number of grounds.&nbsp;</p>

<p>But, the Home Office opposed Harry's claim&nbsp;and said that Ravec feels it's "not appropriate" for wealthy people to "buy" protective security from the police since they have decided that "the public interest does not warrant" someone wealthy or prominent receiving protection on a publicly funded basis.</p>

<p>Lawyers for the Metropolitan Police meanwhile stated that&nbsp;Ravec had been "reasonable" in finding "it is wrong for a policing body to place officers in harm's way upon payment of a fee by a private individual".</p>

<p>Shaheed Fatima KC, Harry's advocate, said that the argument relied on by Ravec could not be reconciled with the fact that parliament had expressly allowed for payment for such services.</p>

<p>Fatima told the court, "Ravec had exceeded its authority, its power because it doesn’t have the power to make this decision in the first place."</p>

<p>South cinema star Sarath Babu, who has acted in over 200 movies in various languages, has passed away. He was 71. Several celebrities including Chiranjeevi, Kamal Haasan, Jr NTR, and Nani paid emotional tributes to the veteran actor.</p>

<p>Sarath Babu breathed his last on Monday due to multiple-organ failure. The actor was admitted to a private hospital in Hyderabad last month after his health deteriorated.</p>

<p>"He ​was brought to AIG Hospitals on 20th April 2023 in critical condition with multiorgan failure because of multiple Myeloma. As an immunocompromised patient, he was under the care of a multidisciplinary team and was supported with a mechanical ventilator for his lungs, and dialysis support for his kidney among other therapies. He succumbed to his illness in spite of the best resuscitative measures. Our sincere condolences are with his family and fans," AIG Hospitals said in a statement.</p>

<p>With their latest transaction, power couple Jay-Z and Beyonce have dethroned billionaire Marc Andreeson as the owner of the most expensive property in California history. The two have bought one of the greatest architectural masterpieces in the US state, which covers an area of over 30,000 square feet.</p>

<p>According to TMZ, the property is located in Malibu and overlooks Paradise Cove. The Carters paid a historic $200 million for the property, which is reportedly the priciest transaction ever for the West Coast locale.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The record was previously held by Marc Andreeson, who owned a property worth $177 million in California.&nbsp;</p>

<p>It's also the second most expensive real estate deal in the country, with the first&nbsp;being $238 million for an NYC apartment.</p>

According to the viral screenshots, SRK begged the NCB officer, who is currently&nbsp;facing allegations of corruption and criminal misconduct, to go easy on his son&nbsp; Aryan Khan, who spent about a month in jail after getting arrested in the drugs-on-cruise case in 2021.</p>

<p>Wankhede has been accused of conspiring to extort Rs 250 million&nbsp;from the Bollywood actor with the help of "independent witnesses". CBI&nbsp;recently booked Wankhede on extortion charges and stated that the special enquiry team (SET) of the NCB had red-flagged several lapses and irregularities in the drug bust operation conducted under the "monitoring" of Wankhede.</p>

<p>According to reports, the leaked chats between Wankhede and SRK&nbsp;were produced&nbsp;before the court by Wankhede, in order to prove his innocence that he did not extort the actor in the drug case.</p>

<p>One of the screenshots shared by Free Press Journal shows the actor asking the NCB officer to be easy on his son. "Get your guys to go slow for God's sake. I swear I will stand by you at all times to come and assist you with what all you are trying to achieve good. It's a man's promise and you know me enough to know I am good for it. I beg you to please have mercy in me and my family. We are a simple set of people and my son has been a bit wayward, but he doesn't deserve being in a jail like a hardened criminal. You also know that. Please have a heart man, please I beg you," the screenshot read.</p>

<p>Aryan&nbsp;was exonerated from the drug case by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) last year after a special investigation team (SIT) of the agency probed the raids afresh and said that there was no evidence of wrongdoing against the superstar's son. In its report submitted to the central administrative tribunal (CAT) last year, the SIT&nbsp;found irregularities against the 44-year-old NCB officer&nbsp;and his team.</p>

<p>Wankhede has denied all the allegations and has approached the CAT and the Bombay High Court to quash the CBI FIR against him.</p>

<p>The women testified that church officials kept them from going to authorities as soon as they would have about Masterson. The church has denied having any policies forbidding members from reporting other members to law enforcement.</p>

<p>Superior Court Judge Charlaine F. Olmedo also allowed the prosecution to directly say that Masterson drugged each of the victims. Olmedo only allowed secondary evidence of it at the first trial.</p>

<p>Deputy District Attorney Reinhold Mueller will be the first to give a closing argument in the downtown Los Angeles courtroom Tuesday morning. He will try to convince the jury to unanimously convict Masterson after failing to get even half of the jurors at the first trial to vote guilty on any count.</p>

<p>Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan and his family were threatened that Aryan Khan would be framed in a narcotics case unless they paid Rs 250 million (Rs 25 crore) as a bribe, according to the FIR filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation against Sameer Wankhede, former zonal director of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB).</p>

<p>Wankhede, who grabbed headlines for arresting eight people, including Aryan Khan, in an alleged drug bust on a cruise ship in Mumbai in October 2021, is facing allegations of corruption and criminal misconduct.</p>

<p>As per a tweet by news agency ANI, 'independent witness' KP Gosavi has been accused of conspiring to extort Rs 250 million from Aryan's family. KP Gosavi was an NCB personnel even though there were NCB personnel to handle the custody of the accused persons," CBI's FIR&nbsp;against&nbsp;Wankhede read.<br />

<p>"The independent witness KP Gosavi was allowed to be present in the company of accused persons and even allowed to come to the NCB office after the raid which is against the norms for an independent witness. In this manner, K.P.Gosavi took the freedom and clicked selfies and recorded the voice note of an accused person,” the report added, noting that it allowed Gosavi and his aide Sanvile D'Souza amongst others to conspire to extort an amount of Rs 250 million from the superstar.</p>

<p>"This amount was finally settled for Rs 180 million. A token amount of Rs 5 million as bribe money was also taken by KP Gosavi and his aide Sanvile D'Souza but later a part of this amount of Rs 5 million bribe money was returned back by them,"&nbsp;the FIR stated.</p>

<p>Wankhede, in the capacity of the immediate supervisory officer, had also directed to take Gosavi and Prabhakar Sail as independent witnesses in the proceedings against Aryan. The CBI says Wankhede also allowed Gosavi to handle the accused while taking him to the NCB Office, which gave the impression that&nbsp;Aryan was in the custody of Gosavi.</p>

<p>Hollywood actor Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson recently&nbsp;opened up about his battles with depression. Candidly speaking about his personal life, he explained how he won those battles and triumphed. On the latest episode of The Pivot podcast, the<em> Black Adam</em> actor revealed that he first felt depressed when he was at the University of Miami and he injured his shoulder, which kept him from playing on the football team.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"I didn’t want to go to school," he said. "I was ready to leave. I left school. I didn’t take any midterms, and I just left. But the interesting thing, at that time, is I just didn’t know what it was. I didn’t know what mental health was. I didn’t know what depression was. I just knew I didn’t want to be there, wasn’t going to any of the team meetings, wasn’t participating in anything."</p>

<p>The second time, he fell into depression was around the time of his divorce. And&nbsp;again in 2017, he struggled with his mental health and had to take the support of a few friends to recover.</p>

<p>"Years later, I went through it again when I got a divorce. Didn’t know what it was,"&nbsp;he continued. "Years later, around 2017 or so, went through a little bit. I knew what it was at that time, and luckily, at that time, I had some friends who I could lean on, and say, ‘You know, I’m feeling a little wobbly now. Got a little struggle happening. I’m seeing a little grey and not the blue.'"</p>

<p>The <em>Jungle Cruise</em> actor took to Instagram on Friday to share a part of the podcast and send an important message to his fans about seeking mental health care in time.</p>

<p>"I've worked hard over the years to gain the emotional tools to work through any mental pain that may come to test me. But years ago I didn't know what mental health struggle was," he wrote. "As men, we didn't talk about it. We just kept our head down and worked through it. Not healthy but it's all we knew."</p>

<p>"If you're going through your own version of mental wellness turning into mental hell-ness, the most important thing you can do is talk to somebody," Johnson added. "It can't be fixed if you keep that pain inside. Having the courage to talk to someone is your superpower. I lost two friends to suicide. Talk to someone. Despite how you may feel, you're never alone."</p>

On the latest episode of The Pivot podcast, the Black Adam actor revealed that he first felt depressed when he was at the University of Miami and he injured his shoulder, which kept him from playing on the football team. "I didn’t want to go to school," he said. "I was ready to leave. I left school. I didn’t take any midterms, and I just left. But the interesting thing, at that time, is I just didn’t know what it was. I didn’t know what mental health was. I didn’t know what depression was. I just knew I didn’t want to be there, wasn’t going to any of the team meetings, wasn’t participating in anything." The second time, he fell into depression was around the time of his divorce. And again in 2017, he struggled with his mental health and had to take the support of a few friends to recover. "Years later, I went through it again when I got a divorce. Didn’t know what it was," he continued. "Years later, around 2017 or so, went through a little bit. I knew what it was at that time, and luckily, at that time, I had some friends who I could lean on, and say, ‘You know, I’m feeling a little wobbly now. Got a little struggle happening. I’m seeing a little grey and not the blue.'" <p>Bollywood actress Ileana D'Cruz, who played the female lead in Ranbir Kapoor-starrer <em>Barfi</em>, is expecting her first child. Taking to Instagram on Friday, the actress shared the first pictures of her baby bump, wearing an all-black attire. She announced her pregnancy in April.</p>

<p>Florida-based 'unlicensed' practitioner Vivian Alexandra Gomez, who allegedly administered the bogus butt injections that killed Kim Kardashian's lookalike and OnlyFans model Christina Ashten Gourkani, has been nabbed and is currently in police custody.&nbsp;She's been charged with 2 felonies - involuntary manslaughter and practising medicine without a license.</p>

<p>According to San Mateo County District Attorney Steve Wagstaffe, Christina died on April 20 due to cardiac arrest related to illegal cosmetic injections used&nbsp;to enlarge the butt area. And the same day, the 50-year-old Florida woman, who gave&nbsp;Christina the illicit backroom butt-lift, was arrested at Fort Lauderdale Airport.</p>

<p>It's still unknown what was in the injections and&nbsp;cops say that Vivian did not have a license to practice medicine.</p>

<p>According to reports, Vivian gave "several injections" to Christina at her&nbsp;hotel room in California. Speaking to People,&nbsp;a board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr Michael K. Obeng, revealed that these illicit injections are extremely dangerous and can even lead to death.</p>

<p>"Most of these illegal injections are made with silicone and silicone or any foreign substance can migrate within the body, which can lead to infection and hardness over time, deforming parts of the body," Michael explained. "And as with any injection, it can go into your bloodstream."</p>

<p>"In the early morning hours at approximately 4:31 a.m. on 4/20/2023, our family received a tragic phone call from a family member who was frantically screaming and crying...on the other end of the line... Ashten is dying... Ashten is dying...," her family wrote on a GoFundMe page for her.</p>

<p>They said that "after arriving at the hospital shortly after the phone call, our family continued living a nightmare."</p>

<p>The family continued, "We were informed that her health and wellbeing had continued to decline in a downward spiral for the worse after suffering from a cardiac arrest," adding that her death followed a "medical procedure that took a turn for the worse."</p>

<p>"If you knew Ashten you knew that everyone mattered to her. She was such a caring and loving free spirit that always took the time to bring a smile to anyone's face she crossed paths with," they further said on the page. "She was the kind of person that would kneel down and talk to children at eye level, she searched for the lonely person in the corner and made them feel special as she has such a gift of connecting with people."</p>

<p>Late <em>Star Wars</em>&nbsp;actor Carrie Fisher was honoured with a star on Hollywood's Walk of Fame on Thursday, in a ceremony overshadowed by a bitter feud among her family. Fisher, who played Princess Leia in the highest-grossing sci-fi film franchise of all time, died of a heart attack in 2016. She is survived by her daughter, actor Billie Lourd.</p>

<p>Lourd -- in a dress adorned with her mother's most famous character -- oversaw Fisher's posthumous honours, which took place on May the Fourth, an unofficial <em>Star Wars</em>&nbsp;holiday.</p>

<p>But conspicuous by their absence at the Los Angeles event were Fisher's brother Todd, and half-sisters Joely and Tricia Leigh, who this week slammed Lourd for failing to invite them.</p>

<p>Todd Fisher told TMZ that "being omitted from this special day is truly hurtful," while the sisters wrote on Instagram that their omission was "deeply shocking."</p>

<p>Lourd hit back by accusing the siblings of cashing in on her mother's death "by doing multiple interviews and selling individual books for a lot of money."</p>

<p>"The truth of my mom's very complicated relationship with her family is only known by me and those who were actually close to her," she wrote, in the Hollywood Reporter.</p>

<p>"We have no relationship," said Lourd, confirming she had not invited the trio.</p>

<p>In its latest results, Adidas said sales in North America fell by 20 per cent as the region was particularly affected by the Yeezy split.</p>

<p>Adidas chief executive Bjorn Gulden told BBC that the loss of Yeezy is "of course hurting" them. And, that if it decided not to "repurpose" its remaining unsold Yeezy stock, this would hit its operating profit by $554 million (€500 million) this year.</p>

<p>Gulden added that&nbsp;Adidas was "getting closer and closer to making a decision" on what do to with the $1.3 billion worth of unsold Yeezy sneakers stacked up in warehouses and "options are narrowing".&nbsp;But with "so many interested parties"&nbsp;involved in the discussions, they are yet to reach a decision, as of now.</p>

<p>The company cut its ties with Ye in October last year following major backlash for his anti-Semitic comments and erratic behaviour. <p>It was Daily Mail's Alison Boshoff who first reported the news and claimed in an article published on Thursday that the <em>Aquaman </em>actress is raising her daughter away from the noise and has quietly relocated to Spain.</p>

<p>"I can reveal that Heard has quit Hollywood and quietly relocated to Spain with her young daughter Oonagh," the journalist claimed.</p>

<p>Boshoff also said that the actress knows how to speak Spanish and is happy in her new home and this she claims she got to know from Heard's friend herself.</p>

<p>"I do not think she is in any hurry to return to work or to Hollywood, but she will probably come back when the time is right, for the right project,"&nbsp;Heard's friend explained, according to the Daily Mail report.&nbsp;</p>
