<p>As per reports, a would-be intruder nearly made his way into her Hidden Hills home this weekend. Thanks to quick-acting security guards who nabbed him near the main community gate and called the cops.</p>

<p>The&nbsp;trespasser, who was taken into custody and&nbsp;charged with trespassing and battery charges, is named Deandre Williams, reports TMZ. He was intercepted by security only a few feet away from the house's entrance. However, TMZ reported that there was a scuffle between the guards and the trespasser before he was ultimately pinned and taken to the cops.</p>

<p>Reports suggest that&nbsp;Williams was able to penetrate the initial barrier and slip through community security at first, but didn't get far due to an early detection intruder system managed by guards and motion detectors.</p>

<p>Beatles drummer Ringo Starr has again tested positive for COVID-19 infection. He had recovered from the first round of the virus just three days ago. And, due to health concerns, the 82-year-old legend has cancelled his North America tour to focus on a speedy recovery.</p>

<p>The former Beatles drummer announced the same through Twitter on Thursday. He shared that he is cancelling the final shows on his North American tour due to his second COVID-19 diagnosis.</p>

<p>"I’m sure you’ll be as surprised as I was I tested positive again for Covid the rest of the tour is off I send you peace and love Ringo," wrote the rock icon in his Twitter post.</p>

<p>Encouraging Americans to step out of their homes and cast their votes from&nbsp;November 8th, Chopra wrote, "Over the last two years, humanity has experienced some of the biggest challenges that we will see in our lifetime.&nbsp;We are faced with an urgent need for stability and progress, and for America&nbsp;that starts at the polls on November 8th. Everyone has a role to play towards that… to be part of the civic process and to exercise the right to vote, especially women because we need to be actively involved in ensuring our rights are being taken care of."</p>

The celebrations began in full swing in Delhi.&nbsp;The two later reached&nbsp;Lucknow to celebrate another intimate celebration. The actual wedding ceremony will take place&nbsp;at a rented Mumbai bungalow, followed by a grand reception at a South Mumbai hotel.</p>

<p>On Sunday, the two had their&nbsp;mehndi and sangeet ceremonies. Instead of the traditional ceremonies, the two decided to have a "phoolon Ki holi".&nbsp;</p>

<p>Once the mehndi was done, the sangeet started and the two sides performed on peppy tracks for the soon-to-be-married couple.&nbsp;Richa's childhood friend had a surprise performance for the couple, while her brother sang&nbsp;a sweet song for the actress along with a Bhangra performance.</p>

<p>To conclude the ceremony, the couple danced to two songs including the&nbsp;popular song 'Ambersariya'.</p>

<p>According to Sheeran’s lawyers, the lawsuit was invalid because the elements that were similar in the two tracks were not unique enough to be covered under copyright law. Citing a number of other songs including 'Since I Lost My Baby' as examples of tracks with similar elements, his legal team argued that the lawsuit didn't hold any relevance.</p>

<p>However, the US district judge Louis Stanton stated that there was “no bright-line rule”, and that Sheeran must face a jury to resolve the issue. The judge cited a disagreement between musical experts as a reason for his decision.</p>

<p>"There is no bright-line rule that the combination of two unprotectable elements is insufficiently numerous to constitute an original work," the judge wrote. "A work may be copyrightable even though it is entirely a compilation of unprotectable elements."</p>

<p>"Although the two musical compositions are not identical, a jury could find that the overlap between the songs’ combination of chord progression and harmonic rhythm is very close,"&nbsp;Stanton added.</p>

"He was a race warrior. Without him, you don't have me, and you don't have Oprah Winfrey, and you don't have Barack Obama."</p>

<p>It is one of several debates at the heart of 'Sidney',&nbsp;which features interviews Poitier gave to Winfrey years before his death in January at the age of 94.</p>

<p>The film addresses Poitier's affair during his first marriage to Juanita Hardy -- a potentially prickly topic as she and all three of their surviving daughters are interviewed for the documentary.</p>

<p>"When I first sat down with the family, to talk about the possibility of making the movie, I said, 'Is anything off limits?' And I specifically brought up that as an example," said Hudlin. "They were like, 'No, no, no, we want to tell the whole truth.' So I appreciate the fact that they were not interested in just doing a puff piece."</p>

<p>The film also delves into terrifying moments of racist violence in Poitier's life.</p>

<p>In 1964, Poitier and Harry Belafonte were pursued through Mississippi by gun-toting Ku Klux Klan members while delivering cash to a voting rights movement.</p>

<p>An earlier run-in with the Klan, and a white policeman who harassed a teenage Poitier at gunpoint, are presented as formative in his pioneering career and his often-overlooked activism.</p>

<p>But perhaps the most contested part of Poitier's legacy remains the suggestion he was too amenable or obedient to white audiences and Hollywood.</p>

<p>'Sidney'&nbsp;highlights a 1967 New York Times article entitled "Why Does White America Love Sidney Poitier So?" that accused Poitier of "playing essentially the same role, the antiseptic, one-dimensional hero."</p>

<p>It described a "Sidney Poitier syndrome: a good guy in a totally white world, with no wife, no sweetheart, no woman to love or kiss, helping the white man solve the white man's problem."</p>

<p>Just three years earlier, Poitier had become the first Black actor to win an Oscar for 'Lilies of the Field',&nbsp;in which he played a travelling handyman who helps out and ultimately bonds with a community of white nuns.<br />

<p>The last Bond outing, 2021's 'No Time To Die', was the final instalment to star Daniel Craig, and Amazon has since bought 007 studio MGM. This means speculation is rife about what changes could lie in store for the world's most famous fictional spy.</p>

<p>"We're just beginning our relationship with Amazon. We haven't really started to get involved in the next Bond film yet," said Broccoli.</p>

<p>As custodians of the franchise her father Albert "Cubby" Broccoli founded 60 years ago, "we're not always just going to rest on our laurels and keep to a formula," she added.</p>

<p>At the centre of the rumours and guesswork swirling around the next 007 outing&nbsp;is the matter of who will play the suave superspy with a license to kill.</p>

<p>Craig was initially a controversial choice, particularly for his blond hair and rugged looks, but his five 007 films broke box office records, with 2012's 'Skyfall'&nbsp;surpassing $1 billion worldwide.</p>

<p>Fans have suggested the next Bond may be the first non-white actor in the role, while Broccoli has scotched claims that Bond in future could be female.</p>
