Neeraj Chopra Javelin Thorw final event live streaming: When and where to watch Paris Olympics 2024?
Indian athlete Neeraj Chopra's return to the country after conclusion of Paris Olympics 2024 has been delayed. The reason for Neeraj's delay is his groin injury for which he has travelled to Germany.
Neeraj is expected to consult a doctor in the European country before coming back to India. It is to be noted that Neeraj won a silver in men's javelin throw event at the Paris games with a throw of 89.45 metres on his second attempt.

"Chopra has left for Germany and he will not return to India for another month and a half," reported news agency PTI, citing a family source.
"I am not aware of the much of the details, but for sure he will consult a doctor there (Germany)," the source further added.
Neeraj has been suffering from groin injury for quite some time now and has said that he'll take a decision on surgery after the conclusion of the Paris games.

"I already threw 89.94m (in 2022) with this injury. When I throw, I always focus almost 50 per cent on my injury. We have to focus mostly on technique, but it's really hard for me with this injury," Neeraj had said.
"Doctors told me to go for surgery last year. I have been stretching myself till now... There have been treatments since. But we will have to take a big decision," he added.
During the Olympics, Neeraj had expressed his wish to take part in the Diamond League Final in September. He, however, has to play in at least one of the two remaining DL Meetings to confirm his place in the final. The next two DL meets are in Lausanne on August 22 or in Zurich on September 5.
The source told PTI that Neeraj's team of physio and coach will decide on his participation in the Diamond League Final "according to his condition."
