
Jodhpur court today began hearingthe bail plea of Bollywood star Salman Khan who was convicted in the Blackbuck poaching case on Thursday.
Salman's sisters along with his bodyguard are present as the bail plea is being heard in court.

Salman Khan was handed out a 5-year prison sentence by the court, however, the other stars in the case - Saif Khan, Neelam, Tabu and Sonali Bendre - were acquitted.
Salman was sentenced under Section 51 of the Wildlife (Protection) Act and others under Section 51 read with Section 149 (unlawful assembly) of the Indian Penal Code. The Bollywood superstar was also slapped with a penalty of Rs 10,000.
Salman was accused of killing two blackbucks in Kankani village in Jodhpur in 1998 while filming the movie 'Hum Saath Saath Hain'.
The Bollywood star was sent to Jodhpur Central Jail on Thursday after the court verdict.
