
Imran Khan is expected to watch Pakistan take on India tomorrow in the Asia Cup being played in Dubai, Pakistani media reported Tuesday.
Khan departed today on a two-day visit to Saudi Arabia, and is expected to travel to Dubai to watch the match tomorrow.
An India-Pakistan clash, in cricket or inany other sports, always generates huge interest. That mother of all rivalries is now an even more closely-watched contest considering the two neighbours barely get to play each other.
Tomorrow's game will be the first between the subcontinent rivals since Pakistan thumped India by 180 runs in the final of the Champions Trophy at The Oval in England in June 2017.The rivals will be playing each other in the UAE for the first time since 2006.
