Irrfan Khan who shocked the entertainment industry with the news of his sudden ailment is currently in London, UK for medical treatment. Getting treated for a neuroendocrine tumour, he has now shared an inspirational poem on Instagram with a photo of his reflection.

The post reads: “God speaks to each of us as he makes us, then walks with us silently out of the night. These are the words we dimly hear: You, sent out beyond your recall, go to the limits of your longing. Embody me. Flare up like a flame and make big shadows I can move in. Let everything happen to you: beauty and terror. Just keep going. No feeling is final. Don’t let yourself lose me. Nearby is the country they call life. You will know it by its seriousness. Give me your hand #rainermariarilke.”

The Hindi Medium star announced last Friday of his rare disease -- a neuroendocrine tumour on Twitter. His post also asked fans and followers to pray for him while understanding the difference between his disease and a brain cancer as most thought it had something to do with the brain (considering the name of the disease includes the word 'neuro').
