The Indo-Tibetan Border Police(ITBP) said today that 45 of its personnel have tested positive for coronavirus with 43 deployed for internal security duties in Delhi and two deployed for law and order duty with Delhi Police.

Army spokesman said today that 24 patientsincluding serving and retired military personnel and dependents admitted in Army Hospital (Research and Referral) from Oncology Department have tested positive for the virus and shifted to the base hospital in Delhi Cantt.

The Uttarakhand state health department said today that one more person has tested positive for coronavirus in Uttarakhand, taking the total number of cases to 61 even as 39 patients were cured of the virus.

Rajasthan reported 66 new coronavirus cases and five deaths in the last 24 hours taking the total number of cases to 3,127 in the state. Eight-two people have died due to the virus in the state with 1,581 active cases.

In Karnataka, eigh more coronavirus cases were reported in the state taking the total number of cases to 659, including 324 patients who have been discharged.

The total number of people who have died due to the virus in the state has risen to 28, health officials said.

In Andhra Pradesh, 67 new coronavirus cases were reported in the last 24 hours, taking the total number of cases in the state to 1717 taking the death toll to 34 in the state.
