Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut on Sunday said that Ajit Pawar took false documents to Raj Bhawan yesterday and the governor accepted those documents.
''Governor asks us to prove majority, we can do it right now. 49 NCP MLAs are with us,'' he added.
Sharad Pawar is a national leader. If BJP is trying to form government in the state, it will not happen. It is a wrong step taken by BJP and Ajit Pawar, he said.
Raut claimed the support of 165 MLAs to Shiv Sena, Congress and NCP government in Maharashtra.

Raut further said that Ajit Pawar did the wrong thing by backstabbing Sharad Pawar.
In a dramatic turn of events, Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari sworn in BJP's Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit as chief minister and deputy chief minister respectively in the wee hours on Saturday.
The development came as a shock to NCP, Congress and Shiv Sena who were close to finalising the power-sharing deal to form government in the state.
