Bollywood actress and BJP candidate from Mandi Lok Sabha, Kangana Ranaut also cast her vote.
Wearing an orange saree with a traditional Himachali cap, the actress was pictured at the polling booth in Mandi in the early hours of the day. After casting her vote, the Manikarnika actress interacted with mediapersons standing outside the polling station.

Urging people to exercise their right to vote, Kangana said, "I have cast my vote right now. I want to appeal to the people to take part in the festival of democracy and exercise their right to vote. PM Modi's wave is there in Himachal Pradesh...I am hopeful that the people of Mandi will bless me and we will get all 4 seats of the state... Himachal Pradesh's 4 seats will contribute to '400 paar'..."

Stepping out of the station, the actress showed her inked figure while being surrounded by security guards.
In Himachal Pradesh's Mandi seat, it's a fight between two riches candidates Kangana Ranaut and Congress' Vikramaditya Singh, the son of late Virbhadra Singh, a six-time chief minister of the state.
In 2019 Lok Sabha elections, BJP won all four constituencies in the state.
Kangana Ranaut's Debut In Politics
This election marks Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut's debut in the political arena. After years of being a vocal supportar of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), she has been chosen to contest from her hometown Mandi, Himachal Pradesh as a BJP candidate. Since the announcement, the actress has been busy campaigning in her constituency. Before the election, PM Narendra Modi addressed a rally with Kangana in Mandi.
Will Kangana Ranaut quit acting if she wins and becomes MP?
During her busy election schedule, Kangana revealed that she's ready to quit acting if she wins the elections.
Speaking to an Indian news channel Aaj Tak, the National Award-winning actress said although she has been advised that she's a good actor and should not consider leaving Bollywood, but if she wins in the elections, she might consider saying goodbye to acting.
''Mujhe bohot saare filmmakers kehte hain ki humare paas ek achchhi heroine hai, please mat jao. Main achchhi acting karti hoon, par chalo voh bhi ek achchha compliment hai. I take it in my stride (Several filmmakers say that they have one good actress, and please don't go. I am a good actor and I take its as a compliment).''
