“The insane hours of hard work and personal sacrifices, all feel worth it. Forever thankful to all of you,” Kajal said.

Kajal Aggarwal joins the ever-growing list of Indian celebrities to get herself a wax statue at the famed Madame Tussauds. Announcing the happy news on Tuesday, Kajal wrote an emotional post on Twitter.

Kajal wrote, “I remember going to Madame Tussauds as a child and being so fascinated with all the figures that I’ve always admired and been in love with. Overwhelmed to be amongst them. This feels like a fabulous culmination so far and a great way to start the new decade on a good note,”

“The insane hours of hard work and personal sacrifices, all feel worth it. Forever thankful to all of you,” she added.

Kajal Aggarwal’s wax statue will be unveiled in Singapore on February 5, 2020. She is the first South Indian actress to get a wax statue after Mahesh Babu was given the honours a couple of months back.

She was also reportedly signed for ‘Indian 2’ opposite Kamal Haasan but new reports suggest that she is no longer a part of that project. She will, however, be seen in Tamil remake of Kangana Ranaut’s ‘Queen’. The film is titled ‘Paris Paris’ and has been directed by Ramesh Aravind.

As for 'Indian 2', it is now said that ‘De De Pyaar De’ actress Rakul Preet Singh has replaced Kajal Aggarwal in the Kamal Haasan starrer directed by Shankar.
