It seemed like he didn't want to hurt the ball, and he was hitting one four after another. When everyone was hitting, he also hit but by caressing the ball. You were getting hit, you were bleeding but you were not feeling the pain," the former India cricketer added.</p>

<p>The PCB has selected three venues for the tournament, i.e., Karachi's National Stadium, Lahore's Gaddafi Stadium and Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi.</p>

<p>The stadiums are currently going under renovation and Naqvi said that the venues should be ready for the event.</p>

<p>"The stadiums will also be ready to host the matches on schedule and any remaining work would be completed after the tournament. In a way, you can say that we are going to have a brand new stadium," said Naqvi.</p>

<p>The PCB has allotted PKR 12.80 billion ($49 million) for three ICC Champions Trophy 2025 venues' upgradation. The International Cricket Council (ICC), has approved a budget of around $70 million for the tournament.</p>

<p>India pacer Mayank Yadav has credited bowling coach Morne Morkel&nbsp;for his development in the last couple of years at Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in the Indian Premier League (IPL).</p>

<p>Yadav, who lit up IPL 2024 with his pace in the four matches he had played, finished with 1/21 in four overs during the first T20I against Bangladesh on Sunday (Oct 6) - his debut in India colours.</p>

<p>"It has been comfortable, hung with him for last three years. He knows me, I know him. It is easy for me to work with him. He knows what things are better for me and where I need to work," Mayank said about his equation with Morkel in a video shared by the BCCI.</p>

<p>The pacer also described his debut as a special moment after an injury cut short his IPL 2024 campaign after just four matches and sent him in rehab for nearly five months.</p>

<p>"Great moment because I am coming from an injury. I was very nervous. I was telling myself not to get stressed and be nervous. But when I got to know I was playing the first game, those last four months flashed before my eyes," said Mayank.</p>

<p>Speaking about Suryakumar Yadav, India's new T20I skipper after Rohit Sharma decided to retire post India's T20 World Cup victory, Mayank said: "During my run-up, he told me to bowl whatever I wanted. It is important for a fast bowler, especially on debut."</p>
