On November 3, the Israeli military announced it had detained a Syrian national who was allegedly working for Iranian intelligence. This is the first time, the Jewish nation has admitted to sending troops to Syria. The military said that the man identified as Ali Soleiman al-Assi was an "Iranian terror network operative", and had been collecting information on Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) movements near the Israeli-Syrian border.

Meanwhile, in the US, the Republican presidential candidateDonald Trump called the press "fake news" while saying an attacker would have to shoot through the"fake news" to reach him adding he does "not mind that." He made the statement while addressing a rally in Pennsylvania.

In other news, a latest political ad for Kamala Harris urged women to vote "secretly" for the Democrat without their husbands knowing about it. Reacting to that, the former president called the ad "stupid" and asked, "Can you imagine a wife not telling her husband who she's voting for?"
