Video clips of the horrific incident, shot by local onlookers, are now doing the rounds on the internet.

The footage shows the lower storeys of the building engulfed in fire that also covered the structure on all sides shortly after, the building comes crashing down.
No information on the number of casualties is available so far. However, the video shows some residents trapped inside, crying for help.
