TikTok sues Montana state over app ban, accuses state of violating the commerce clause

TikTok has filed a lawsuit against the state of Montana challenging the state's decision to ban the app. The move comes after the Montana's Governor signed a legislature last week that barred the app and prohibits Apple and Google app stores from offering it. The ban will take effect next year within the state.
