A fast-moving winter storm is expected to hit the U.S. Northeast on Tuesday, possibly dumping as much as 8 inches of snow on New York City before moving. The city has issued a travel advisory, asking residents to stay off the roads. New York City public schools will also remain closed on Tuesday. Watch to know more!
