Pakistan announces austerity drive: PM Sharif orders 15% cut in expenses

Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has announced an austerity drive for all the ministers. The goals of the drive is to reduce State spending by nearly $766 million each year. PM Sharif requested his advisors and ministers to fly economy class, forgo luxury travel, and take salary cuts as part of the drive.
