The Election Commission asked the forest department for a "one-time exception" to allow mules in Singalila National Park. This solution intends to reduce the five-hour journey for election officials to reach Srikhola village in Darjeeling. Srikhola village has the highest and most isolated polling booths in Bengal, located at an elevation of 6,900 feet. Watch to know more.
