Kerala has unveiled a new Vigilance Manual for the first time in 24 years, introducing digital bribery traps, cyber evidence protocols, benami asset investigations, and technology-driven probes to combat evolving forms of corruption. Officials say the updated framework will strengthen the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau (VACB) and support the state's anti-corruption mission under Project Zero.
