Japan flood: Heavy rains raise flooding, Landslide threat
Japan has issued its highest Level 5 flood warning in parts of Aichi and Gifu as torrential rain causes severe flooding. Nagoya recorded a record 104.5 mm of rainfall in one hour, while flooded roads, underpasses and underground areas prompted residents to seek safer, higher locations.
