India's two largest tech firms released soft sales figures, indicating that businesses worldwide have yet to increase their tech spending significantly. Infosys reported that its profit missed predictions and lowered its full-year revenue forecast on weak demand. While TCS reported that revenue topped estimates, the firm's CEO flagged uncertain demand.
