EU top court confirms close to $4 bn fine imposed on Google

Google lost an appeal against an anti-test fine imposed by the European Union. The European Court of Justices General Court confirmed a 2018 decision to impose an almost $4 billion fine on the tech giant. This ruling comes as a win for European Commission Regulators who are looking to control the power of big tech.
