China has unveiled a new 'K visa' category aimed at attracting global science and technology students, including those from Pakistan. Effective from October 1, 2025, the visa policy supports international students pursuing research, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Approved by China’s State Council and signed by Premier Li Qiang, the initiative highlights China’s growing focus on education diplomacy.
