Named J1218/1219+1035, it is a rare cosmic event where a system is forming, where each of the three supermassive black holes will also collide. Following the tragic incident, speaking to reporters, Mumbai DCP Hemraj Singh Rajput said, "The injured were rushed to the hospital for treatment. However, four succumbed to their injuries.
