In response, the FIA had developed software that will automatically inform lapped cars allowed to move back on to the lead lap that they may unlap themselves, the report said.

The wording of the regulations has also been clarified to say "all" lapped cars must unlap themselves, instead of "any" lapped cars that was previously in the rules.

The report also acknowledged that the rules governing a safety car restart were open to interpretation.

It said Masi was trying to allow for one final racing lap, in accordance with feedback from various stakeholders, including teams and drivers, expressing their preference for races ending under green flag conditions.&nbsp;

"In combination with the objective to finish under green flag racing conditions applied throughout the 2021 season, the report finds that the race director was acting in good faith and to the best of his knowledge given the difficult circumstances," said the findings.

Russia is all set to intensify its military aggression in Ukraine, US and Nato officials who have been monitoring the war have warned. As per a report, the officials have said that Russia is ready to 'bombard cities into submission.'

Speaking to CNN, a senior western intelligence official said, "The heavier weapons are not just heavier in there in the weight, they're also heavier in terms of the damage that they can inflict. And they're far less discriminant. So, more casualties.”

Russia will be deploying up to 1,000 more mercenaries to Ukraine in the coming days. This will be done to strengthen the units which have been severely affected in the past few days, states the report.&nbsp;

“These record levels of anti-Jewish racism, reported by our Jewish community to CST and police, show how difficult last year was for Jews across Britain,” said Mark Gardner, the chief executive of CST.

As per the data, there have been 2,255 such incidents last year. Also, there has been an increase in incidents where people have been seen shouting abuse from passing cars.&nbsp;

A total of 173 violent assaults have also been reported.&nbsp;

This is the highest annual tally of antisemitic incidents, a surge from the previous 2019 peak.
