In a post on X, user&nbsp;<em>Megh Updates</em>&nbsp;shared a video on Sunday (Jan 14) in which Environment Minister Yadav made this remark.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Addressing an event, Yadav said that Lord Ram is forgotten once the elections are over. "Is it necessary that he will come (to Ayodhya) on Jan 22? Lord Ram won't come...I had a dream," Yadav said.</p>

<p>Ahead of the grand consecration of the majestic Ram Mandir in India’s holy city of Ayodhya, a whopping 45 tonnes of ‘laddoos’ are being prepared by special confectioners from Varanasi to be distributed to devotees.</p>

<p>The consecration or ‘pran prathishtha’ ceremony of the Ram Temple is scheduled for January 22, where several VIPs and thousands of devotees will be present.</p>

<p>News agency PTI shared a video showcasing the display of these ‘laddoos’ specially arranged in trays, spelling out the holy chant of ‘Jai Shree Ram’ both in English and Hindi. These trays have been arranged in a hall dedicated to the preparation of laddoos.</p>

The British brought indentured labourers from India, from different parts of India, and this explains the presence of the Mauritian population of Indian origin. In the course of the centuries, the majority of the population has come from India. They came more than 200 years ago, in fact, the first labourers came in the 1870s and brought with them culture, sacred text, and Ramayan, sacred books. Mauritians of Indian origin has preserved culture and religion, and everybody knows about the Hindu Pantheon, most Hindu festivals are celebrated, like Maha Shivratri, during that one week 400-500 thousand people walk to Ganga Talao and besides that Ganesh Chaturthi, Navratri, Diwali, all of the Hindu festivals are celebrated with lot of pomp and passion in our country and in a dignified and proud manner.&nbsp;</p>

‘Ram temple consecration ceremony momentous occasion,’ top Mauritius minister tells WION

<p>As the grand Ram temple rises in the Indian holy city of Ayodhya, it’s not just India which is celebrating. The historic event is being celebrated with same vigour in the US too, where giant billboards depicting Lord Ram and the majestic Ram Mandir have gone up in at least 10 states. The boards have been erected by the US branch of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) in association with the local Hindu population.</p>

<p>According to media reports, more than 40 such billboards have been installed across the US states, including in Texas, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, and Georgia, among others. The billboards carry the message around the grand 'Pran Pratishtha' ceremony at the birthplace of Shri Ram Lalla in Ayodhya on January 22.</p>

In an official release, the Congress said that invites were sent to Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, Congress Parliamentary Party chairperson Sonia Gandhi and Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury, the leader of Congress party in Lok Sabha.</p>

<p>The official release issued by Congress leader Jairam Ramesh said that top Congress leaders 'respectfully declined' to attend the ceremony, and heavily criticised the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) for making a 'political project' of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.</p>

<p>"...Lord Ram is worshipped by millions in our country. Religion is a personal matter. But the RSS/BJP have long made a political project of the temple in Ayodhya...," says the release.</p>

<p>The Congress has alleged that the inauguration of the 'incomplete temple' has been brought forward by the ruling party 'for electoral gains' and that the consecration ceremony is 'an RSS/BJP event'.</p>

<p>“The weight of this kadhai is 1300 to 1400 kg. This is made of steel and the central part is made of iron so that when halwa is made, it does not burn. The size is 10 feet by 10 feet. It has a capacity of 12,000 litres, and 7,000 kg of halwa can be made in it. A crane is required to lift it. The spatula, weighing 10 to 12 kg,&nbsp;has holes in it so that it is easy to cook,” the chef told ANI.&nbsp;</p>

<p>"We do not want to indulge in matter of who has got the invitation and who has not. When the conseration ceremony will be held in Ayodhya, at the same time, we will participate by offering prayers at the Kala Ram Temple in Nasik. <p>Amid speculations that former Congress chief Sonia Gandhi as well as Mallikarjun Kharge would attend the highly-anticipated consecration ceremony of the Ram temple in the north Indian city of Ayodhya next month, Congress General Secretary (Communications) Jairam Ramesh has provided an update.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Ramesh said both Kharge and Gandhi had received an invite but "a decision will be taken and communicated at the appropriate time".&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>"Chairman Congress Parliamentary Party Sonia Gandhi and Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge have been invited to the inauguration of the Ram Temple. A decision will be taken at an appropriate time, and communicated at an appropriate time," he said.</p>
