SRH vs CSK, IPL 2024: Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) will lock horns in Match 18 with the defending champions, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) on Friday. The match is slated for April 5 at 7:30 pm IST and will be played at the home ground of SRH at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad.

The Hyderabad side has won only one match against Mumbai Indians (MI) in this season’s IPL. They suffered a seven-wicket defeat against Gujarat Titans (GT) in the last match. The upcoming clash will be their second home game and they will look forward to redeeming themselves.

Defending champions CSK, on the other hand, started the season with a bang and registered two back-to-back wins against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Gujarat Titans (GT) respectively. However, the result of the last game against Delhi Capitals (DC) wasn't as pleasing as they would've liked as the Ruturaj Gaikwad-led side suffered a 20-run defeat.
