ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024: The ninth edition of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup willget underwayin the Caribbean and the USA from June 1, 2024. With all 20 participating teams already asked to submit their provisional squads for the marquee event by May 1 (the deadline), we bring you the latest update on the squad announcements.

While West Indies played hosts to this format’s World Cup in 2010 when England won the title, the USAis roped inas the co-hosts for the first time. The tournament will end on June 29.

On Monday (April 29), the 2021 edition’s runner-up, New Zealand, became the first team to name their final 15 for the tournament, also launching their jersey for the T20 World Cup, which is almost similar to the one they wore during the 1999 World Cup in the UK.

Cricket South Africa also released their kit but are yet to name their squad.

Meanwhile, all eyeballs will be on the squad submission of some top-ranked sides like the hosts West Indies, defending champions England, the 2021 edition winner Australia, and two powerhouses from Asia – India and Pakistan.
