<p dir="ltr">Shah said that the Congress government under Jawahar Lal Nehru brought in the first Constitutional Amendment Act to “curtail the freedom of expression”.</p>
<p dir="ltr">“The first amendment was made on June 18, 1951. After the formation of the Constitution, Congress did not have enough patience to wait for the Lok Sabha elections. Article 19A was added to curtail the freedom of speech, and Jawahar Lal Nehru was the Prime Minister at that time,” he said.</p>

Video: 17-year-old rams car into pedestrians in Delhi's Adarsh Nagar, four injured

<p>Cold wave conditions have gripped Telangana’s Hyderabad and other districts of the state as minimum temperatures dropped to a record low of 5.9 degrees Celsius at Mavala, Adilabad and 7.8 degrees Celsius in Hyderabad at the University of Hyderabad (UoH) campus on Tuesday (Dec 17) morning.</p></p>
<p>The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) had earlier issued a cold wave warning in Telangana. The weather department has predicted partly cloudy skies with misty or hazy mornings till December 19. IMD Hyderabad has also issued a yellow alert for the first time due to cold weather conditions.</p>
<p>According to the data from the Telangana Development Planning Society (TSDPS), multiple areas in Hyderabad recorded single-digit minimum temperatures on Tuesday (Dec 17). BHEL factory and Patancheru recorded a minimum temperature of 7.9 degrees Celsius, while Moula Ali recorded a low temperature of 8.2 degrees Celsius on Tuesday.</p>

<p>On Monday, the Indian embassy in Tbilisi said that it was saddened to learn about the deaths of 11 Indians in a restaurant named 'Haveli' in Gudauri.</p>
<p>In a statement, the embassy said that it was working closely with local authorities to facilitate the prompt repatriation of the mortal remains to India.</p>

<h2><strong>Victims died due to carbon monoxide poisoning</strong></h2>
<p>According to local media, the police said that all the victims died due to carbon monoxide poisoning. Georgia's internal affairs ministry said that the initial inspection found no signs of injury or violence. </p>
<p>The victims were employees at the 'Haveli' restaurant. The internal affairs ministry said that the bodies of the victims were found in the bedrooms on the second floor of the facility. </p>
<p>The police launched an investigation under Article 116 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which implies negligent manslaughter. </p>
